GoogleWe sold our house with the Hayes (Kent) branch. Although the first sale fell through (the Buyer pulled out at the last minute due to lack of funds!) we were back under offer within a week and fortunate to have Lisa looking after the sale and wider chain. I genuinely believe that if it wasn't for Lisa chasing various parties we wouldn't have been able to exchange and complete in the timeframe that we did. I wouldn't hesitate to list with KFH again, over the other agents that cover the area.
My only criticism is of the legal referral service. Essentially you're paying a £300 premium per transaction to get assigned to a KFH panel solicitor, the view being that those on the panel will offer a superior level of service and have fewer cases to manage. That wasn't our experience and in fact 1 month after completion we are still waiting for the return of overcharged fees (over 10% of total fees) despite agreeing fixed fees beforehand.
However this is a separate service and shouldn't detract from the exceptional Sales service we received from Lisa.

GoogleI had spent some time - before deciding to sell with KFH - trying to sell my property with another estate agent in Wimbledon. They were much cheaper but - in the end - full of hot air and completely useless. By complete contrast; Lucy and Linda, from the get go, were excellent. I gave them the property, there were viewings immediately and an offer within a week. The process, as ever, wasn't completely straight forward but they were always available to talk on the phone, very receptive on email and completely on top of things at all times. When we come back to the area we'll be straight back to KFH. Highly recommend

Special gratitude needs to be given to Marta who has helped me throughout the entire process as she has made sure that the tenant's desires are prioritised and placed in equal status with all the other important aspects in making the tenancy agreement. GoogleWould not recommend renting from this company. Our boiler was turned off on 02/09 due to a failed gas safety check. Now living in an unsafe, non certified, heat free property for £2k a month. Communication from KFH has been appalling, we are still waiting on a call back from a promised call on Friday at 2pm, no response to emails.

I thought I was being road raged, but then saw the car continuing in the same manner in to other drivers for 10 minutes. Registration GL21YWK.
