GoogleThanks to KFH's we finally found our new family home after a long search. Arjuna gave me a call as soon as the property became available and we were one of the firsts to view it. All follow-up with the tenants and initial paperwork went smoothly - Rebecca and team accommodated us by allowing to work with our local KFH branch to save time and lengthy back-and-forth. GoogleI cannot recommend KFH Chiswick enough, from start to finish they have been amazing in what turned out to be a very stressful sale! Charlie Carroll was fantastic and was more informed than my own solicitor on what was happening at every stage, he kept me sane when I honestly thought I was going to implode from the stress! 100% worth every penny of their fee

They only showed us proprieties that matched our search criteria, always replied to our e-mails, questions, supported us every step of the way. GoogleWe have recently rented a property in Chiswick and out of all the estate agents, KFH have been the most professional and quick. Sherkila has been very supportive, and we really appreciated her efforts negotiating the terms of the contract for us (there was a lot of back and forth!) She only showed us properties that fit our criteria and she has been brilliant throughout the process.

GoogleMy family members have rented a property through KFH Chiswick and the service from the property management dept right through to the lettings dept in the front office has been truly very unprofessional. Please proceed all tenants and landlords with extreme caution as our case will now be escalated to the TPO due to the incompetence of the staff and senior management team who have showed a complete disregard for the issues they have experienced and no interest in reaching a timely resolution to all ongoing issues. LANDLORDS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY AND TENANTS DONT USE KFH CHISWICK & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM.

Rebecca in particular has been so attentive throughout this whole process and ensured that she had done everything in her power so that once my move-in date comes, everything has been sorted and it will all be ready.
