GoogleMy family members have rented a property through KFH Chiswick and the service from the property management dept right through to the lettings dept in the front office has been truly very unprofessional. Please proceed all tenants and landlords with extreme caution as our case will now be escalated to the TPO due to the incompetence of the staff and senior management team who have showed a complete disregard for the issues they have experienced and no interest in reaching a timely resolution to all ongoing issues. LANDLORDS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY AND TENANTS DONT USE KFH CHISWICK & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM.

GoogleKFH have been amazing. They have been extremely helpful and because of them, getting a flat has been such a smooth and easy process. Rebecca in particular has been so attentive throughout this whole process and ensured that she had done everything in her power so that once my move-in date comes, everything has been sorted and it will all be ready. A great choice for anyone looking to rent in Chiswick.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling service. From start to finish, we have had a terrible time working with KFH. Barney Deacon was condescending, rude, obnoxious, and dishonest... If you don't absolutely have to deal with KFH, then DON'T!!

GoogleIt's a shame I can't place a rating lower than a 1 as I have had a terrible experience with this Real-estate agency. I have been lied to I have been offended by its staff and I have entered a house that has had zero work done to its water, heating and several other general aspects that make a house habitable despite being told that 'its all been taken care of'. In all my years of living in different countries and different cultures I have never seen such laziness and lack of feeling towards tenants.

Friendly, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and expedient. Above all, no hard sell. The timeline and offer achieved was exactly as outlined in the initial visit. GoogleCertainly a very friendly team, however communication between different departments leaves to be desired. On the morning of our move for instance they almost refused to give us the key - the paperwork had been completed but they'd failed to communicate the fact to the poor guy doing the inventory. Then they set up both a direct debit to themselves and told us to set up a standing order to our landlord - we would have been paying rent twice! Trying to get a reply to my emails was a bit of a pain. No hard feelings but if I did that in my job I wouldn't keep it long.

He managed to secure us the right property and ensure we moved in within 5 days! Barney is friendly, professional and approachable and the only estate agent I met with these attributes during my search. Highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of our agent Craig, throughout the entire process he has offered guidance and advice, been easily contactable and a pleasure to deal with. I don’t know if all purchases are this pleasant but because of Craig this process has been incredibly enjoyable. We would not hesitate to recommend KFH and Craig in particular when purchasing property.
