I then contacted KFH and they showed me two lovely flats in 2 days. I immediately found a flat that I loved and Barney from KFH secured it for me within 2 hours of viewing. Jaina then took over the contracts process and everything was handled quickly and very efficiently. Jaina was always on hand to answer my questions and to reassure me that everything was in place for us to move in 2 weeks later. I have worked with many different agents and I would highly rate KFH.

GoogleA brilliant experience working with KFH Chiswick to purchase our first flat. As first time buyers, the process can seem a little daunting but the team at KFH were patient and understanding throughout, answering all our questions and providing some, at times, much needed reassurance.
A particular mention must go to Craig and Liam who were a genuine pleasure to work with and settled any challenges between us and the vendor efficiently and with ease. They were always calm, professional and happy to help right from the first call through to picking up the keys post completion.

GoogleNeeding to rent out our flat in Turnham Green with a pending move to New York we approached a number of Chiswick based agents. I have to say that KFH stood out from the crowd, in particular Barney Deacon, he really understood the type of tenant we were looking for whilst equally prioritising and seemingly marketing our flat beyond the initial week period.
Ultimately he secured us 2 offers from which we were able to take the best suited, he managed the very quick process to move in which was less than a week and has continued to follow up.

Rebecca had us viewing a property within 20mins - we ended up taking this and the last flat we saw with KFH - Rebecca, Alasdair and the KFH team smoothly took us through the process and all 4 students are now housed, safe and sound ready to start their 3 year courses...

GoogleKFH failure to properly vet the tenant’s background has resulted in rent arrears and the serve of Section 8 notice. Their lack of due diligence in screening tenants has created unnecessary complications and put my life savings at risk, issues that could have been avoided with more thorough checks. Furthermore, they are trying to deflect responsibility by claiming that I approved the tenancy agreement. I don’t pay them fees just for their charm.
