GoogleArjuna is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. He was so nice, understanding, and professional. I've had many bad experiences with real estate agents before, always end up with them lying and pestering me, but Arjuna was very honest and accomdating. He really made my home search process so easy and pleasant for me. He went out of his way to find the best home for me, my dog, and my flatmate. I highly recommend Arjuna to anyone looking for a new home!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI used KFH to look for properties in Chiswick and Sherkila showed me 2 properties - both were excellent and we went ahead with one of them, however we had to eventually back out because we couldn't justify the move. However, unlike what I had expected, Sherkila was extremely professional and understanding of our reasons for not making the move and that speaks volumes about the way people are treated and this experience alone will make me choose KFH over other agencies in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe had a great experience. We were looking for a new flat in a particularly difficult market and KFH Chiswick treated us so kindly. Rebecca and Siyar supported our journey throughout and were awesome. They were patient, professional and acted on our behalf as renters. Which is hard to find in an estate agency. I can recommend them whole heartedly.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience with KFH with my house purchase and Craig in particular. From the start Craig was always available, honest and kept me in the loop with the progress of my sale. I wouldn't hesitate to work with KFH in the future for any sales/lettings.

GoogleRebecca and her team were incredible throughout the whole renting process. We were first time UK renters and had loads of questions around the rental markets and proper procedures and Rebecca answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Chiswick area!

GoogleI worked with Max as a prospective homebuyer and found him incredibly helpful and responsive. He kept me up to date on interesting properties without wasting my time with properties that didn't fit my criteria or which were out of budget. In the end we found a property with another agency, but I wouldn't hesitate to contact Max again if we were looking for a home in Chiswick in the future.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleWe rented a property in Chiswick through KFH, with Arjuna the agent at KFH who handled the move. We have lived in London for a number of years and dealt with a large number of letting agents. Arjuna was comfortably the best that we have dealt with, right from when we first viewed the property. The best thing about Arjuna, unlike a lot of other agents is that if he doesn't know the answer to a question he will quickly find out for you, rather than fobbing you off with an answer that may be completely wrong. This, and his excellent communication throughout, is a quality that makes him stand out above other agents and allowed the moving process to be as smooth as possible.

GoogleKinleigh Folkard & Hayward Chiswick Estate Agents is very professional and brilliant agency.
My husband and I had the privilege of interacting with Arjuna Roy. He is the best and the most welcoming real estate we met. He was very knowledgeable and shared all the interesting details about the apartment and surrounding area. He was very easy to talk to and made us feel as ease since house hunting can be a very daunting task. The service was top notch!

GoogleI found my new flat with KFH and they were great. Our agent Siyar was particularly good in ensuring we secured the flat and negotiating a few details in our favour. Overall, they were very easy to deal with and kept us up to date with all necessary information, and I would recommend them to others.

GoogleChiswick is overloaded with estate agents making it tricky to know who to sell with. But it's not about the actual sale, viewings or the marketing - all the top agents are pretty decent at this. It's about honesty, trust and getting your sale over the line when things become complicated. It's about your agent's rapport with other agents in your chain, their relentless communication with solicitors, and you as a vendor, when stress levels are high. Ramsey and Paul at KFH are in a league of their own - you will not be disappointed!

GoogleWe recently used KFH Chiswick to rent out a flat for us. Both Rebecca and Sherkila were instrumental in the successful letting where a competitor had failed after a month and a half of trying. But its not just the successful letting that is impressive, its also the high level of professionalism that is rare amongst agents these days. A specific mention to Sherkila who pulled out all stops - including chasing a property manager for information to ensure all requirements were met in time for signing the new lease. Well done.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with the lettings team at KFH Chiswick. Rebecca & Bridget were amazing! They were quick to respond to queries and always to the point. We loved the fact that every document signed were paperless! We never thought we would find an ideal flat to rent in such a short amount of time.
When other agencies show you flats that do not meet your requirements, Rebecca understood what we wanted and took us straight to our ideal flat! I'd highly recommend KFH Chiswick, and thank you once again Rebecca and Bridget!

GoogleI cannot recommend Charlie Powell more highly. Nothing was too big or too small to deal with and he was there for me every step of the way. A true professional with a refreshingly friendly and honest approach. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with him, he went out of his way to find the perfect property for me and worked tirelessly until he found me 'the one'. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any services offered through him at KFH. As a first time buyer, Charlie and Chris made the process so smooth and kept me up to date with every last detail. I couldn't have asked for anything more and thoroughly commend them for all their efforts. Thank you doesn't seem enough!

GoogleWe can not recommend Charlie Powell highly enough. Charlie worked tirelessly to ensure the purchase of our new house was smooth and easy for everyone involved and worked hard to manage all parts of the chain. Throughout the buying process, he was a pleasure to work with and always did his best to accommodate us with viewing timings. Charlie kept us updated with new properties that matched our requirements, which was unlike other agents who often sent through properties that did not match our criteria which can be very frustrating. I would not hesitate in recommending him and would definitely use him again in the future. Thank you Charlie for all your hard work, we love our new home.

GoogleWe have registered with a number of London Agents as we are looking to move to Chiswick and the response and helpfulness of the team at KFH Chiswick has been great. They also seem to have great opening hours and make it convenient to talk to them. We have been pleased with their attitude and helpfulness and we spoke to a friendly and helpful guy called Callum. Definitely thing they are better than many other we have spoken to.

GoogleWe moved recently in Chiswick from abroad, in order to do this we contacted several real estate agencies. KFH agency from Chiswick through Kassandra Cunningham was the best agency from all. Kassandra was always there for us with patience, useful informations and all the time showing that she is able to do the extra step in order to meet our expectations. Me and my family would strongly recommend this agency to all the individuals who are looking to work with a professional agency focused on their customers. Again thank you Kassandra and KFH Chiswick 👍🏻
