GoogleThe team at KFH Chiswick were exceptional. Liam stood out for his warmth, authenticity, expertise and genuine passion for our property. His advice was clear and sensitively delivered. Craig handled the day to day viewings and delivered an agreed sale, above asking price, in under two weeks. The whole team were polite, extremely responsive, on top of the details and hustled on our behalf to get the deal done. All in, we went from offer acceptance to completion in 8 weeks, which was very fast.
We had some issues with the solicitor acting on behalf of our buyer who created some additional stress due to a late funds transfer (the day of the move). Whilst this wasn't KFH's fault, it was a KFH recommended solicitor. Luck of the draw I guess. KFH handled the hurdles and stress this introduced admirably and in the end we exchanged and completed successfully on the same day. It was a white knuckle ride with everyone driving hard. I would question KFH on who they recommend if your buyer uses their referral service.
Overall, this was a blip and I recommend KFH Chiswick without hesitation. A great service at a highly competitive price delivered by genuinely lovely people. My opinion of estate agents is forever transformed. Bravo.

Always available when we wanted to check something, meet with builders ahead of completion etc - Craig was always happy to help. As with any home purchase, there was the occasional sticky situation, and Liam and Craig shone here in being able to negotiate the result we were hoping for. GoogleBeen living without hot water for almost a week (Which is illegal) and when we asked about being relocated for a few weeks to get it fixed or a rent reduction (which we are entitled to) they told us to stop fussing and just use the kettle to heat up our water. Something tells me they'd be singing a different song if they where the ones living like this.
The reply below tells the whole story. We have been without hot water for 10 days, since 24.02.20 but we have been without a shower for FIVE WEEKS! We still have no shower! We have also been told by the company that repaired the boiler today that because of its condition we have been paying excessive electricity bills since we moved in! KFH, on the ball as ever!
