GoogleWe have used KFH Chiswick to rent out our property in the past and did not hesitate to return this time round. They are fast, efficient, responsive and friendly and make the whole process easy. Rebecca is our go to person at KFH and the rest of the team (Olivia, Kassandra and Bridget in particular) have done a great job.

GoogleUntrustworthy and Awful company. Do not rent from KFH ever and particularly a managed property. The management team are appalling and the staff turnover is unbelievable. Any works required to the property took months and some were never done. At the end of the tenancy our security deposit was held for a month (for no good reason and industry standard being 10 days) at which point we were told the landlord wished to retain two thirds of our deposit (having completed on the sale of the house the previous week i.e. the retention was purely in the landlord’s interest to pocket on top of the sale proceeds and not for any repairs to the property. KFH are complicit in this). The house was in awful repair when we took it (had not even be cleaned) and the items listed to justify the retention were either already there at the beginning of the tenancy, usual wear and tear or completely overpriced for repair by KFH. The management team, and Jonathan Munoz in particular, are obstructive and untrustworthy and we are addressing matters with TDS and ARLA accordingly. If I could give a lower rating I would. Avoid KFH at all costs.

GoogleJust used KFH Chiswick to rent out two of our flats in Chiswick. Barney and the team were excellent - we secured both (lovely) tenants on three year contracts. Good estate agents are like hens teeth so will be using KFH Chiswick for all future rentals.

If I had any queries, she would always answer them. Overall, I would definitely deal with KFH again when looking for another rental property in the future.

Not only did he show us a number of flats that fit our brief, he also did this within our very limited viewing schedule. He also answered all our questions and was helpful to facilitate the comms between us, our solicitors, the buyers and their solicitors, to achieve a smooth and fast buying experience.

GoogleI was very impressed with Barney Deacon at Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward who immediately understood the type of rental property we were looking for. He managed to secure us the right property and ensure we moved in within 5 days! Barney is friendly, professional and approachable and the only estate agent I met with these attributes during my search. Highly recommend.

GoogleAbsolutely useless to rent through. They have NO ability to ensure landlords maintain their properties - to have repairs done in a timely manner or at all! We have leaking windows in every room, lights that don't work so we are using stairs in the dark, the handle is missing from the dishwasher so we cannot open or close it, the doors rattle all night if you have the windows open for a breeze, the shower mixer is jammed so we cannot control the temperature of the shower which is aggravating my son's eczema. You will be pushed to pay rent but have no power what so ever to have much needed repairs seen to. KFH should not represent such irresponsible landlords but money is their bottom line not service. I made a complaint about the situation to KFH but of course they found themselves to be blameless even though repairs remain outstanding over twelve months later. If they have the audacity to reply to this it had better be to actually do something about it rather than the usual pathetic platitudes. No wonder real estate agents have the reputation for untrustworthiness that they do. It is important to note that all positive reviews are about sales because they make a commission. Dealing with rentals is a service for which they don't make a commission and so they don't care. I contacted KFH Chiswick by phone AGAIN this week and they admitted the situation was 'appalling' and would be handed over to a more senior member of staff. I asked them to call me by the end of the working week to update me, knowing full well they would not bother to get back to me, despite their assurances. Sure enough, by Friday evening I had heard nothing. Monday evening, still nothing. Tuesday nothing.

GooglePure awful experience with Barney. Bends the truth to suit their agenda and get the tenancy signed and chase heavily for 5 star Google reviews - Barney called and emailed every day until I left one! Played both me (the tenant) and the landlord. Lied around various key elements of what was agreed between both parties, then threw the landlord under a bus. Avoid these guys like the plague.

This is very unfortunate to read as we can see that you did indeed post a five star review for the service you received during the initial process of rentung your new property. After looking in to what has occurred, we have tried to assist as best we can. Unfortunately this was a let only property and we do not manage it therefore limiting how we can help with problems arising after the initial process is complete. I must assure you that all of our negotiators are trained and will always be honest and assist with any situation. In this case we were not aware that parking was not available as we were unfortunately not told nor in fact did your landlord know until this was bought to everyone's attention. After reviewing the correspondence we can see that there was complete transparency throughout the process and hope now that you can see this to. We hope this issue that has now been resolved and if there is anything else you need help with we are more than happy to assist in any way we can. All the best
