GoogleI was initially apprehensive about using a mortage broker for my recent purchase of London flat. This was because of a bad expeience in the past and also I felt that I could do the application on my own more effectively. When KFH Mortgage Brokers contacted me, I was taken in by the courtesy and humility shown me by Dominic Wallis, the broker assigned to me. I decided to give him a chance and I was not disappointed. KFH's expertise and professionalism were exemplary. Refreshing these days when everything else seems to be chaotic. I have no regret in using them. The mortgage proceeded without a hitch and the main reason for that was Dominic's thoroughness.

GoogleRamsey was excellent throughout the sale process from getting us pretty much our asking price, through what proved to be an extremely convoluted conveyance all the way to completion. Highly recommended.

GooglePaul from KFH in Chiswick was a true professional in managing the sale of my property. He worked tirelessly from viewings until completion - driving the process - to ensure a smooth transaction. His customer service and organisation was second to none. Thanks Paul.

GoogleGreat service by Barney and the team. Not only helped me renting my new place but also with some legal requirements I needed to know. Renting process was super smooth. Now they manage the place as well. Let's hope that is just as good!

GoogleFrom start to finish Ramsey at KFH Chiswick has been absolutely brilliant. He has been helpful, friendly and professional throughout and has made the entire process of buying and selling a property effortless. We can’t recommend Ramsey and the team at KFH enough!

GoogleWe've had the pleasure to work with Alasdair, who was very responsive, kind, followed up efficiently at all times and was very honest throughout the process of our search, which is unusual in this business (in my experience). He helped us find a great property! We're very grateful for his help! Thank you, Alasdair! ☺️

GoogleHaving recently looked at properties in the Chiswick and Ealing area I have to recommend the KFH branch in Chiswick and in particular Oliver. He went out of his way to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect home.

GoogleRamsey and his team in Chiswick were terrific. It was a long process and he came through when other agents had got close but not got it across the line. Always charming and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

GoogleBuying can be a stressful time, so choosing the right agent and team is essential if you are going minimise the stress. I’ve worked in property for most of my life and bought and sold several times in Chiswick and so have had dealings with many of the agents. I cannot recommend more highly Kinleigh Folkard Hayward. What a superb team run so professionally by Ramsey. Charlie who handled my sale, was the kindest, most efficient agent I think I’ve ever met. With numerous pitfalls and challenges thrown our way, he steered me through, calmly, never putting the pressure on me, always behaving with integrity and my best interests. Attention to detail was on anothe level. I used another agent as well for a while, but was soon back in the KFH fold - as there are none to compare in Chiswick. It’s not always those that shout the loudest that can deliver the goods with such refinement. Charlie topped my own record by managing a 2 1/2 week exchange and completion, with an over asking price offer! Who could wish for more? Thank you team KFH. Don’t bother going anywhere else !PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleKFH have been outstanding. Selling my brother’s flat during the pandemic and living 120 miles away from Chiswick posed problems. Ramsey, Charles and all the Chiswick staff have been excellent. They kept me informed, gave good advice and were always available to answer questions. Ramsey and Charles followed the sale closely from start to finish and were always on top of any issues that arose. I highly recommend KFH Chiswick, this really is an agent who gets results with a professional and caring approach, going the extra mile. GoogleAs a buyer, we worked continuously with Charlotte who was extremely helpful, and supportive in moving the process along, even through quite a lot of speed bumps. This included getting us quickly into a new property when our original target property was withdrawn at the last minute.

GoogleWe have had great experience with Fahim. He is very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and prompt in dealing with all sorts of queries. We would not hesitate to recommend KFH, especially Fahim's services.
