We used her several years ago, she left to run another part of KFH; the standard was not the same without her therefore were planning to move agents but she won us over again and we have not been disappointed. - thank you.

He also helped us on a tenancy issue, and went over and above to provide assistance which was very generous. GoogleIt has been a terrible experience. We moved into my house in October 2020, and the service from KFH has been totally abysmal. They didn’t do the electricity and gas check. In addition to this, we asked to remove the furniture before our move date, clearly there were too busy. I can only imagine that the good reviews came from people who didn't have to deal with problems.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRamsey and Paul are excellent estate agents at KFH Chiswick who made the sale of our home in Chiswick move along very smoothly. They know the Chiswick market very well and they were able to bring a number of clients to view our home and we received several offers within three weeks or less. The entire process took less than ninety days from listing our home on the market. We would definitely use them again to buy or sell in Chiswick. They were professional and made the entire process stress free!

GoogleKFH is by far the best estate agents from the get go. From my first phonecall explaining what I was looking for, communication was professional, friendly and speedy. The team were excellent and made the process as stress free as it can be. Having also viewed properties with other companies, I can honestly say, Paul Axon ( who I cannot recommend enough to get the job done) and KFH made it very personable. They put me in touch with their mortgage broker, Jason Hunt who was excellent. All in all, highly recommend!

Jamie at KFH stood out as being the one who didn't just focus on selling the service but strongly advised us to get the house on the market ASAP, given that school holidays were swiftly approaching. We appreciated being given that advice. Although the valuation was lower than that recommended by the other agents, Jamie's pricing strategy proved to be sound. We had an offer within 24 hours and a second two days later. Harry took over with the sale process and phoned each week to check/update on progress. Our experience with KFH has been good throughout.

GoogleThe team at Chiswick KFH really were outstanding in helping me buy a new flat. I was given a dedicated contact, but remarkably even when on the rare occasion they weren’t available, other members of the team were always there to help and seemed fully up to date with my situation. The team were friendly, professional, cheerful and knowledgeable - and particularly patient with my regular requests and questions and general fussy-ness! They also seemed to have the lion share of the properties on the market and were always first to call me when a new property came on the market. Overall they achieved a great blend of service which I was really impressed with - and I’d recommend them to anyone looking to move in the area.

GoogleWe were moving back to the U.K. after many years abroad. Most agencies didn't even have the courtesy to respond to our enquiries but Eve of KFH did. She communicated with us giving us many options and then took us around to view places when we had only a very limited amount of time. She also worked with whilst we were abroad to get the paperwork done and attended to all the tricky details of moving from another country. She found us a great flat in a very nice neighbourhood. Great job!

GoogleBuying your first property is an incredibly daunting process but KFH made it as straightforwards and easy as I can imagine it ever getting. The Agency as a whole were incredibly quick, organized and responsive when I was putting in my offer. And even beyond that point where you could argue the agent's job is done and the sale is made, Harry Adams in particular was always available for every silly first time buyer question I had, as well incredibly generous in opening the property up for me multiple times for such little things as showing my future home to my parents while they were in town, and letting me in to measure up for furniture. The whole process was able to be more exciting than painful, as I have heard from many friends their first time buying was!
