Great sales team and Hannah was really impressive at the market appraisal and has very in depth knowledge of her patch and a proven track record. She has been extremely quick to act and they found us a buyer within three weeks of marketing. Highly recommended

GoogleAfter a very long and arduous struggle, KFH did eventually achieve the sale of out house. Initially we had dealings with an impressive manager who soon took maternity leave of absence. We were then left in the care of a cohort who totally failed to give us the true facts. It is no doubt the job of an agent to keep their clients 'bolstered', but clearly, they have no awareness of the stress and anxiety being caused by half truths and subterfuge. Upon the departure of this particular agent, we were placed in the care of the East Dulwich office where the manager exercised a policy of not replying to communications. His well meaning assistant did her best, but from the moment that she wrote 'we thought we was', our already shattered confidence evaporated even more. Not a happy experience.

They were able to help me with multiple practical aspects, I was living in Bristol whilst selling in London, whilst always being easy to contact.
