GoogleRoy Payne is a very dedicated worker. We encountered some issues, but he put some extra effort to ease the whole process for us by negotiating with the landlord and making sure we will obtain the flat eventually. Also very easy to contact, he even replied to our messages outside his working hours and was very understanding with us

GoogleI started my sales journey with a different company, but that didn't go so well. I contacted KFH by email (I live overseas) and was impressed by Angela's quick response, property knowledge and her honesty. She was generous with her time and advice and made me feel reassured and safe. I really valued the efforts and persistence Angela and Natalia; they went above and beyond in keeping me up-to-date on what was happening as well as chasing potential buyers and really pushing the whole process along. The sale probably still wouldn't be completed if not for them. They made the whole process as easy, quick and painless as possible. I'm confident I chose the best team to sell with and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleAfter having spent a year in the lockdown in a flat without any outside space, my husband and I have been looking for a garden flat. Thanks to Antony, his efficiency, excellent communication and negotiation skills, we have finally managed to find a suitable one and finish all the paperwork within 2 days only! Great experience, would highly recommend this agency and Antony in particular.

GoogleRehmaan In the Hammersmith branch was great! Always made time for me and showed me some great places. Rapid responsive and knew the properties very well. Delivered the answers with everything I threw. Knows the landlord’s expectations. Highly recommended if you’re wanting an agent who gets the ball rolling/ works around the clock to get the offer over the finish-line, whilst working for both sides of the deal. 👌🏽

GoogleGreat service and reactivity from Antony Botha. We were very specific with our requirements and he always proposed the right property. He was very professional in the way he reached out to us, phone call and if no answer followed by an email, very smooth. We ended up finding a property with an other agency but I highly recommend Antony and KFH.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleHave dealt with KFH on several occasions on the sales side but had my first experience with the lettings department and I must say from day 1, Antony Botha was absolutely exceptional! Not only did he find me and my partner our ideal apartment, but he managed to secure it for us despite fierce completion from other agents! Thank you Antony! We are loving our new home!!

GoogleAnnabel & Alexia at KFH have been so helpful to me and my search. Really human and knowledgeable, which makes the whole process so much nicer. When I wanted multiple viewings and had a long list of questions about the flat I loved, they didn't hesitate to help. It's always a stressful time, looking for a new home, but Annabel and Alexia have kept me calm! Thanks

GoogleThe service and professionalism at KfH is terrific. I was looked after by Rehmaan - who despite being a new lettings agent only a few months into his career at KfH in the Hammersmith branch - was knowledgeable, professional and with an excellent grasp of the local rental market and how to meet a tenant's needs. There are lots of lettings agents in London but KfH, with their high quality visuals and professional service, are one of the most trustworthy.
