Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward reviews in London

My experience with KFH and particularly with Antony Botha was a very professional experience from the start of receiving my Rightmove inquiry to promptly contacting me, arranging an appointment, accommodating my lateness for 15 mns, then show me a personalised experience supporting my offer on the property I liked. Also, made the tenancy referencing process and very smooth one! A place like this KFH office is certainly lucky having Antony on board because it’s always one individual can make the best or the worst! I was fortunate meeting a professional letting agent like him!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The guys at KFH were absolutely brilliant and extremely helpful. They quickly figured out what we were looking for and catered accordingly. Both Antony and Eduard who showed us properties in Shepards Bush and Hammersmith were incredibly helpful and patient with our requests and badgering regarding time. Antony showed us two properties that immediately ticked all the boxes and worked tirelessly to get our offer accepted. Eduard showed us a number of excellent properties and responded to every request we had regarding location and content of the properties. Both were extremely professional and malleable regarding communication and I would immensely recommend both KFH as an agency and particularly Antony and Eduard to anyone looking in the Hammersmith, Shepard's Bush area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Angela and her team were fantastic from start to finish in selling my one bed flat. She gave me great advice, and helped me through the process with patience and good humour. She knows the area very well and her experience really showed. Thank you!

Even though I ended up finding my new home through a different agency, Antony from the Hammersmith branch was the most helpful since the first moment I approached KFH to book a viewing. Antony was very professional, followed the Covid guidelines during the viewings and took in consideration all my requirements. We saw a couple of properties at very short notice, on my request, and not being of my liking (in real life!), Antony kept sending suggestions through. Unfortunately for KFH I also had my eye on a different place not under their agency's remit, that ended up being available in the meantime. Fahim and Arjuna also took their time looking for properties for me and I really appreciated their help. Will definitely use KFH services in the future if needed. All very helpful without being pushy or using aggressive marketing on customers that are naturally under the stress or pressure that the London market automatically puts on one's shoulders as soon as one decides to move home!

We were assisted by Roy Payne for out house search in London. He was very quick to revert and helped in finalising the deal within two days. He was very polite, and professional. I specifically remember one incident where there was an emergency post we had moved in to the new apartment, despite the fact it was Christmas, Roy was so prompt and helped us. Really appreciate it!

Angela and team were absolutely amazing - I can't fault them. Angela went over and above, taking and making calls after hours and working tirelessly to get our sale over the line. I can't recommend her, and KFH, highly enough!

Had a great experience with them finding a new place during Covid time. It has been a while since I had to move so I was not sure about a lot things. Antony was extremely helpful, professional and considerate. He took the time to listen and properly explained the process and provided a professional and analytical breakdown of my options and realistic expectations. I was having trouble deciding and having to work full time while flat hunting makes it very difficult, timing wise. And he didn't get upset and was very patient with me when I had missed quite a few of the calls / emails. Instead, Antony communicated the necessary info and advice in a precise, speedy manner whenever I managed to pick up the phone or remember to reply and he kindly reminded me which part of the process require swift actions and which part can wait over the weekend. Thanks to him, even someone as indecisive as me managed to find a place in a great location !

Pedro was instrumental in helping me with the purchase of my first flat. He was excellent at coordinating dialogue between both sets of solicitors as well as between myself and the vendor. Sometimes I found the regularity of contact to be a bit too frequent for me during the working day. However, it was his persistence that ultimately ensured that I was able to complete before the end of the Stamp Duty holiday which was very much appreciated.PositiveResponsiveness

Roy was a fantastic help for me and my friend whilst we were looking for a new property - personable, friendly and efficient. He understood our requests and went above and beyond to ensure that we found somewhere we loved - we’ve never experienced this with an agent beforehand, and I’ve recommended him to other friends looking for properties in the area. Thank you Roy!

We found our new home thanks to Stefano Leoni letting agent at KFH in Hammersmith. Ask for him to make sure you find what you are looking for. Stefano understood our needs from the first visit and next day we couldn’t believe he presented us a flat we really loved after seeing more than 30 with our agencies :) Office manager, Adrian Gray Marla has sorted out for us an important request with the landlord, great job to all the team at KFH Hammersmith, Jaime Lathwell as well in your office, I wanted to send you my best regards and thanks! I've had a couple of viewings with Antony from Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward Hammersmith and he has been one of the most helpful and nicest agents I and my flatmates have met. He is very knowledgeable about the property he has shown and has kept us up to date on everything to do with our house hunting, showing that he has our wants and needs in his very best interests. I highly recommend Antony and KFH HammersmithPositiveProfessionalism

Antony was professional and very quick to respond to our queries. He was helpful during viewings and ensured us that our requests were passed on to the landlord. Communication with Antony was superb and he frequently reminded us of outstanding tasks on our part to speed up the renting process. Would really recommend Antony and KFH Hammersmith in general, he really made the renting process much less stressful especially during the pandemic. -Jess, Renard and Stefan

I admit I never heard of this agency before but Antony Botha has been very responsive, which is difficult to find and I’ve been in touch with like 20 different agents in one week. He listens, pays attention to what you are looking for and understands what really works for you, so he doesn’t try to sell you what they want but what he understands fits your requirements. He has been very helpful (I had a pet so it was a nightmare to find something) , even after I communicated that I was putting an offer for another flat. That is professionalism, and kindness, which I appreciate in a business that clearly lacks good people with values and good professionals like him. I’m sorry I won’t be working with this agency but I will never forget the help in my search and good service! Muchas gracias, Antony and all the best! Anna

Great experience with the KFH team on our first purchase in Hammersmith. We worked with Andrea and Hannah who make a great team and I highly recommend them. We viewed the property twice with Andrea who was friendly and sincere. At no point did we feel pressured by him. Hannah, who managed the sale on behalf of the vendors, was professional and quick to reply to our queries. She helped us negotiate on price and exchange within a short period of time.

I have spent the last month looking for a property to rent with this company, and Antony Botha has been absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, he was in constant communication with me to provide me with updates and more importantly he actually listened to what type of property I was looking for so when he sent over brochures or took me on viewings they were actually something I would be interested in. Above and beyond service from Antony - thank you!

We had a great experience with KFH Hammersmith, specifically with Antony Botha as our agent. Trying to find a flat has always been a grueling task for us in the past, but we can honestly say: not this time. Communication was excellent and prompt, and we genuinely enjoyed working with Antony. He helped us find a flat and he went out of his way to accommodate our schedules. We trust him explicitly and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to rent. Jaime Lathwell is also a real joy to work with and equally helped to make our experience a good one.

KFH found us many viewers and buyers. They marketed the property well, supported us during the exchange and through to the completion. They replied to our queries and prompted all parties involved to get the sale done. Each correspondence was personable, polite and professional. Like some sales there were queries and delays from the other side, but we felt like we had a good working relationship with our agents. Angela and Annabel had our backs, advised us well when it counted and were open to constructive feedback.

Roy, from KFH, was one of the most pleasant people to work with throughout my home search. He kept me updated, informed, and competitive. In the end, I did not go with a property with which Roy was facilitating for me, so the fact I’m taking the time to review should speak volumes about my experience. KFH is a great letting agency with great staff.
