GoogleI recently went through KFH to rent my first ever property in Central London. For someone who’s never done anything remotely like this before, the prospect was certainly a scary one and there were many questions and concerns I had initially.
I honestly can’t thank Antony Botha enough and I know I wouldn’t have been able to do any of this confidently without his help. Nothing was too much for him and the concerns I had in the beginning dissipated very quickly through the knowledge and assurance he gave to me. GoogleFor me, the process leaving home & finding somewhere new to live on a tight budget has been an arduous one.
Countless searches online, phone calls, turning up for viewings only to find the property not congruent to the pictures advertised..
All while working long hours. Exhausting.
That was until I was blessed enough to find a place through Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward who, on my visit to their branch in Hammersmith struck me as very professional outfit I must say, especially compared to the rogue letting agents I'd previously come across. And in particular, my point of contact Antony Botha. Easy going, honest, great communicator, kept me in the loop every step of the way, fought to negotiate on my behalf, great smile, excellent choice in socks.. the list of superlatives I have for this guy is endless. He made the process very simple, & you know.. I'm not sure he really understands how much his help has meant because, It's been a difficult time. So a big thank you to Anthony for facilitating a new beginning for me. GoogleEven though I ended up finding my new home through a different agency, Antony from the Hammersmith branch was the most helpful since the first moment I approached KFH to book a viewing.
Antony was very professional, followed the Covid guidelines during the viewings and took in consideration all my requirements. We saw a couple of properties at very short notice, on my request, and not being of my liking (in real life!), Antony kept sending suggestions through. Unfortunately for KFH I also had my eye on a different place not under their agency's remit, that ended up being available in the meantime.
Fahim and Arjuna also took their time looking for properties for me and I really appreciated their help.
Will definitely use KFH services in the future if needed. All very helpful without being pushy or using aggressive marketing on customers that are naturally under the stress or pressure that the London market automatically puts on one's shoulders as soon as one decides to move home!

GoogleHad a great experience with them finding a new place during Covid time. It has been a while since I had to move so I was not sure about a lot things. Antony was extremely helpful, professional and considerate. He took the time to listen and properly explained the process and provided a professional and analytical breakdown of my options and realistic expectations. I was having trouble deciding and having to work full time while flat hunting makes it very difficult, timing wise. And he didn't get upset and was very patient with me when I had missed quite a few of the calls / emails. Instead, Antony communicated the necessary info and advice in a precise, speedy manner whenever I managed to pick up the phone or remember to reply and he kindly reminded me which part of the process require swift actions and which part can wait over the weekend. Thanks to him, even someone as indecisive as me managed to find a place in a great location !
