I rented a flat from KFH around Holland Park. Initially, the customer service / sales was lovely and responsive. Nevertheless, the property was not maintained properly with letters piled up in a mess, and unkempt corridor. Then as I was leaving I had to wait to get back my deposit for more than a month.

Adnan was very helpful and genuinely made me and my partner feel at ease. He is very polite, punctual and listened intently to our likes and dislikes. I didn’t rent with the agency as I found a flat in a different area completely. It was a beautiful flat but we found a flat that was 30 mins walk rather than a 30 mins transport commute. However my experience with Roy was so amazing I thought I’d share for other. During my viewings, I met Roy who was kind enough to organise a viewing same day. I was in a rush to find a flat, so that was perfect. Amazing flat that met my requirements which I shared with Roy. Any concerns, any questions and stress I may have had Roy went out of his way to help. Genuinely nice and honest, and will help you out. Not the case everywhere so I really appreciate this. Within a week of meeting him I had secured a place to rent and although my rental was a challenge (for reasons beyond anyone's control) Roy was quick to get back to me with answers and kept me informed throughout the process.
