GoogleHaving both had the misfortune of working with shady Estate Agents in the past, my partner and I were really grateful to come across Rayan from KFH! He was a breath of fresh air throughout the process, he really listened to our requirements and was proactive in bringing us properties even before they hit the market, and gave honest advice that really helped shape our search into a really positive experience. Thank you Rayan! Would recommend you to anyone looking in the Hammersmith area!

GoogleRayan Dool contacted me after he had noticed that my previous agent was struggling to let my property. I have to say dealing with Rayan was night and day , he was proactive, engaging, hungry for the opportunity and within hours of giving him the property he had lined up numerous viewings for the first day that it was available for showing. Within those initial viewings he has secured a professional tenant. The service and response from Rayan and the team have been outstanding, a professional agency with a professional sales team. Thanks Rayan and Team.

GoogleI can honestly say that working with Krystal is completely amazing. Being able to have her help with this apartment search is truly a blessing as she's really been there for me in terms of ensuring that we find the perfect home. She definitely has gone above and beyond while also showing me immense kindness as well as turned apartment hunting into a joy rather than a tedious chore. She's overall a wonderful person who looks out for her clients, holding the best interest for them as she has done for me and I can't say enough good things about her. Just an incredible and reliable person and I have so many thanks to give!

GoogleThe first experience with a real estate agency in London is always difficult, they take many things for granted and we think that the process would be very similar to that in Spain, which is why humane treatment and finding the right person so that the entire process is very important. be much easier. In our case, the treatment received by the agency and especially by Safia Mostafa was excellent. He did everything in his power to ensure that the language was not a problem, always seeking our satisfaction and the best final result.

GoogleGreat praise for KFH Hammersmith and their excellent team
led by Hannah Hewett MNAEA who succeeded with the crucial
negotiations which meant I sold my house in record time, they
are experienced, very efficient and friendly with very good
communication skills.
Thank you Hannah, you showed amazing salesmanship (and are
a charming person) and also Oliver and Sharda, I do appreciate
how much you also contributed to the successful outcome.
I don’t want to forget the advertising team at the beginning
who did a very good job.
It was all a very positive experience and I can highly recommend
KFH Hammersmith!

GoogleI don’t always take the time to write a review but it’s important to give feedback when credit is due. Angela provided an excellent service from start to finish. My ex partner and I were selling our flat as we had separated a few months before. It was very important for us to get a quick sale but also the best price possible as we had only owned the property for 2 years so needed to cover costs. Her knowledge and expertise of the area was impeccable and we felt we could trust her to do a good job versus some of the other local agents that gave us totally unrealistic valuations. She didn’t disappoint. I’ve never known an agent to be so proactive in getting viewings so quickly! Not only were we pleased with what we sold for but it didn’t take long and Angela did all the negotiating. I would highly recommended KFH as an agent. Couldn’t have asked for more.

GoogleWe interacted with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, Hammersmith Branch, for a new letting two months ago. Our point of contact was Mandeep Dhillon, one of the lettings manager of that branch.
We can say it was a pleasure to work with her. She replied to all my emails and questions in a very efficient manner, established the bridge between me and my future landlord and ensured all my terms were achieved in the negotiations. The process was quite fast and very sophisticated as all the paperwork is signed electronically, which, for someone like me that cannot leave work, is a value added perspective.
Although we had some issues with the check in process, which was provided by another company in an outsourced contract, Mandeep was very fast to react and amend the issues, as soon as we listed and explained them to her, by e-mail.
We have moved houses a few times in London and it was always a nightmare. Agents are rude, tell you one thing and then do another, among others issues, so this was our first pleasant experience in the letting world, in London. Would recommend this agency and Manager to anyone.

GoogleKFH have just helped us to exchange on our first property. They have been helpful and informative throughout the whole process and always available at the end of the phone to help when there were issues (of which there were lots). Hannah was particularly helpful and went above and beyond when it seemed like the sale could have easily fallen through. I would definitely recommend their service and use again in the future.

GoogleI most say, KFH is as professional as they come! Even from miles away, their agent Rayan Dool made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. The distance and time difference made things a little challenging but I have to commend him for his helpfulness and patience. He was and still is always professional and delighted to assist. I will definitely work with KFH again and I will recommend them without hesitation.
