GoogleWorking with Rayan & co at the Hammersmith office made the while renting process astonishingly easy. I think we all have estate agent horror stories, but Rayan and the team were always really helpful and super quick to respond! It made what I was expecting to be a very owinfpa process so easy :)

GoogleTop service! Jed Chambers helped me no end with my purchase, we had a few thrills and spills along the way, but Jed was always easy to contact, responsive and a genuinely nice guy - not your average estate agents!

GoogleHave dealt with Antony Botha at the development I work at and have recommended him to several owners / landlords and his professional approach and way he conducts viewings and follows up on the process is first class. I’ve had great feedback from the owners also. Really exceptional. Thank you Antony!

GoogleExcellent customer service. After a year of trying with another agent we went with KFH Hammersmith; the staff are attentive and proactive and had viewings and offers in no time. I would definitely recommend and use again! I have to thank James and Charlie for all their work.

GoogleI recently put my flat up for sale through KFH (having previously found a tenant through them a few years ago). They were efficient and friendly, found lots of viewers and obtained several offers at good prices, although in the end I sold to a friend. I think they were considerate and well organised arranging viewings around my tenant's schedule. I'd happily recommend working with them.

GoogleVery, very clever people. Managed to find a buyer for my house at a difficult time in the market. Sold at a realistic price, and all the team are excellent stress-relievers. Special thanks to Hannah and Andrea. Watch out for their recommended solicitors though - best bet is things might change there.

GoogleI used KFH to sell my flat recently. I was very impressed with Hannah and the team throughout, from viewings to exchange they exceeded my expectations and helped me push a difficult sale through. Compared to other estate agents I have engaged with I found them very knowledgable, genuine and responsive. Thanks!

GoogleI have been on 1 property viewing with Stefano from KFH. Unlike other agents he seems to care about understanding the customer’s needs and ensuring that the customer gets the best possible outcome. Although the viewing didn’t turn out to be a match to my requirements, Stefano followed up and has reached out regarding other options. It is a breath of fresh air to see proactivity and transparency from an agency like KFH when the rest of the market seems to just be focussed on closing a deal at any cost.

GoogleGreat communication with a challenging house sale where things kept moving constantly. Really impressed with them - Hannah was my main contact, but I was able to call and speak to anyone and they'd be able to update me on what was happening. If I could use them again I would.

GoogleI was recommended Crystal by my cousin who recently rented a property from KFH. They said she is friendly, honest and welcoming and that is exactly what she was! I only went on one viewing with her and rented the property, but I will definitely return to her for future !...

GoogleI recently came to the UK and looking for a property to settle in London with my family and that's when I was contacted by Steffano (Hammersmith KFH) following a request I made to view some properties advertised on rightmove. I've been contacted by many agents so far but I'd say Steffano stands out them all. He always brought up the best properties that suit my requirements. His communication skills are exceptional and I'm impressed with his work and I wish him and his company all the very best for their future endeavours! Dr.Janith Pathirana

GoogleFound a property and called up asked for more info and a video. The agent Antony was a champion got me a video and was very knowledgeable on the property and has guided me through the tricky process as a go between for me and the agent.
