GoogleWe recently spent time with Josh while looking for a property in Earlsfield, and I have to say, from all the estate agents we had the pleasure of meeting with, Josh was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable. He was consistently on the ball and regularly suggested properties that matched our search criteria (and some that didn't). He helped us really focus our search on what we want vs what we thought we wanted. While our final purchase will not be made through KFH, Josh has played an instrumental part in our search, and we will certainly be recommending him to any friends looking to buy/sell in Earlsfield.

GoogleWe made an excellent choice by going with KFH when selling our Earlsfield house. The team were very professional and laid out clearly what was to be expected. In particular Ryan worked with us and was very approachable and friendly. He really went over and above the call of duty to find the right buyer for our house. He knew it had been our family home for a long time and that we would prefer a buyer that wanted it as a home rather than an investment. Knowing this he found exactly the right buyer for us! Buying and selling a house is a very stressful time and everything was done to reduce this stress to the minimum. Thank you Ryan and the team!

GoogleI've never been a fan of estate agents... but our recent experience of being first time buyers with Ryan as our agent has changed that. Ryan has been honest, efficient and friendly throughout. He helped chase the relevant parties where necessary and thanks to him the process has been smooth and timely. GoogleCouldn't fault them. As a first time buyer I had no idea what was going on or what the process was, but Jim was really clear and kind - he never made us feel ignorant for not knowing something, but just calmly guided us through the process. He's been amazingly quick and responsive, replying to emails almost immediately with either a 'yep done' or 'yep will look into it and get back to you'. Can't ask for more. He's been a real ally in the house buying process, and I can't imagine it having gone as smoothly without him. KFH is great, but Jim is where the magic is.

GoogleWe dealt with the Earlsfield team, specifically Josh Collins for quite a few months trying to find the perfect property. Josh was fantastic to deal with, very responsive and very patient spending so long with us trying to find a house. We found the whole team very honest and open, no salesman-like tactics, would be very clear about houses and their pros and cons and they were such a pleasure to deal with and not at all pushy.

GoogleMy wife and I used KFH to sell our property in Earlsfield and I can't recommend them enough -- Tom Roper, in particular, made the whole process very easy. Agents will often disappear once the offer is accepted, but Tom was excellent in pushing things along with the solicitors and making sure that everything ran seamlessly through to exchange and beyond.

GoogleOur estate agent at KFH Earlsfield was brilliant and I can highly recommend them. We viewed a fair number of properties before we found the right one, and he stuck with us and was always a positive driving force in the process which really helped. Once we had an offer accepted he was a major reason why the process was smooth and pain free. If we ever move again with the same area I will look to use KFH Earlsfield again.

GoogleMy partner and I worked with various estate agents when looking for a flat to rent in the Earlsfield. I called and spoke with Shyanne from Earlsfield KFH and arranged viewings. When attending I was surprised that Shyanne was so considerate of our requirements and was very polite and professional and showed us all options we had within and above our price range and was super helpful with our search for our first home together. Shyanne was integral to our searching process and found us an amazing affordable home. Due to pandemic situations Shyanne insured we felt safe and organised for our move. I have moved quiet a few times whilst living in London ( mostly for work) and I can say hands down KFH Earlsfield and ESPECIALLY Shyanne ( our agent) is the best estate agents I have ever used, professional, timely, organised, cost effective and trustworthy; even taking my calls during her times off. I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to find an affordable nice home in South West London; should we ever need to move in the future I will be sure to use their services again :) Thank you Shyanne and KFH for our new home to build our memories :)

Tom and the team always kept us updated with any progress and liaised with the various parties involved for us pushing the purchase forward and making the process feel straight forward. Even the experience when showing us around properties was much better than other agents in the area as they did not feel the need to try and "sell" us any property - understanding that we would just know if we were interested - and left us to view the properties ourselves. The quality of properties we saw with KFH was also of a much higher standard than others we had seen prior. Overall, wouldn't hesitate to recommend pursuing your property search with KFH. The process was smooth and completed in a very friendly manner and we are very happy in our new home!
