I used them as I believe they truly are the local experts - they know the area and are really up to date with prices and market conditions. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. The flat sold in 3 months - I was very happy with the price achieved and delighted with their service. Special thanks to Caspian ! As a first time buyer Tom Roper was superb in helping me along the way with all the things that needed doing when they needed doing etc. Tom was extremely helpful along the way, I would highly recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell in the Earlsfield area speak with Tom Roper at KFH. GoogleWe would very much like to thank all the people at KFH for their help in the process of selling our house, especially Martin Worrall who took the strain from what could have been a very stressful time. All the team at KFH are very helpful and professional and certainly liaise with each other, as in the absence of Martin any questions we had were answered by other members of the team. A big thank you to Martin for everything you did for us and Rebecca for giving us a realistic valuation on our property. Without doubt we would definitely recommend KFH Earlsfield. Very efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and above all nothing is too much trouble for them.

During the sale period & our search for a new property, Ben Wilson and the rest of the team at KFH were an absolute pleasure to deal with. When we had an offer accepted, Jim worked tirelessly to help get it across the line. He was very responsive, helpful and ultimately kept the process moving. I would highly recommend Jim, for anyone looking for a property in the Earlfield/Wandsworth area.

GoogleBen Wilson and the team at KFH have been extremely professional and thorough in all the dealings I’ve had with them over the past few years. I’ve bought and more recently sold through this office and wouldn’t consider using another agency in Earlsfield to market my property. Once KFH was instructed to market the property, viewings were immediately booked in the diary, all at my convenience. Ben subsequently handled my sale negotiation with care and his expertise was evident in concluding the deal. I highly recommend Ben and the KFH Earlsfield office!

GoogleHaving been let down on a previous purchase with a different estate agents, we were very happy with the experience with Ben Wilson and KFH Earlsfield. We discussed our requirements with Ben and all the properties he took us to see were appropriate (not always the case with other agents) and we saw one we liked. Made the offer, negotiations were sensible and Ben easy to deal with. From our offer acceptance through to exchange, Ben was very quick to respond, very reassuring following our previous bad experienxe and managed to get us through a tight deadline to exchange before christmas. As first time buyers, the guidance and response speed was hugely helpful and would certainly buy/sell through KFH in the future.
