GoogleGenerally we had a very positive experience from the team at KFH in Earlsfield. Tom was particularly helpful in pushing not only our sale through but the agent/client we were buying from. Only downside was that we were given a high valuation at the beginning which we were then advised to drop by £20k within 2 weeks of being on the market. We ended up selling for £25k less than that

Was kept fully informed during the viewings phase and thought the whole team who I met or spoke to was very professional (Jim, Josh, Ryan, Sam). GoogleTom Roper was exceptionally helpful and professional and genuinely went above and beyond to help us find our first property. His service was absolutely instrumental to us being able to move quickly and he was just a really nice kind guy! I recommend KFH generally as well - we saw lots with different KFH branches and always found them to be extremely personable and efficient but without being too pushy.

GoogleWe used KFH in Southfields when we sold our Maisonette in Southfields in September this year. Oliver was our main contact and we will highly recommend him and the team at Southfields KFH. We achieved a very good price for our property, the communication between us, Oliver and the buyer were always prompt and hassle free. Commission is low, customer service is excellent, what is there not to like.

GoogleSam has been a credit to himself and KFH in managing our sale process. We found him to be available, sensible & proactive at every opportunity and having him "on-side" was a great comfort to us. We have now bought and sold property through KFH (Tom, I might add is equally impressive) and would not hesitate to engage with them again.
