Tom was courteous, professional and incredibly supportive throughout the process. Buying or selling a property can be a very stressful experience but Tom ensured we were kept in the loop at every point and gave us confidence that we would achieved a positive outcome. I couldn't recommend KFH enough.

GoogleWe recently bought through KFH Earlsfield and they were by far head and shoulders above every agent we dealt with. Laura Thompson handled our purchase, and was fantastic to deal with, professional and friendly, keeping us updated at every step of the way. She even took the time to show us different options in and out of our price range to make sure we were happy and certain in our choice before we made our offer. I genuinely felt KFH cared just as much about their buyer as their vendor, something which many other agents clearly did not. Thank you Laura - we can’t wait to move into our new home!!

GoogleFirst time renting in London and the agency, especially Rosie, could not be more helpful. Rosie was the only agent to offer us a FaceTime viewing when we weren't able to physically view a flat we loved. Really engaged and always on hand to help with every question. There were no presumptions that as tenants we should know everything about renting and they walked us through everything at a pace that made us really comfortable - been a pleasure liaising with them.

GoogleAfter looking to rent a 1 bedroom with my partner for a few monthes (and looking with various estate agents) we decided that not only were KFH the most efficient but also the most professional. We looked in a range of areas in south west London and had what felt like a team of people in various branches working for us. As soon as something came on that suited our budget and needs we had an email or more often than not a phone call to arrange a viewing. Special thanks to Jack Emanuel at the Putney branch for the begging of the search and to Adrienne Addai who found us a place after a long hunt. Both are amazingly professional and everything you expect from an EXCELLENT estate agent (few and far between these days) thank you very much!

He is also always with a smile on his face and shows a genuine interest in us. We are still in our property search, but we know Tom is the one who will most likely find the one! :-)

GoogleKFH's knowledge and experience in the area is outstanding. We bought our 2 bedroom flat through KFH Earlsfield in 2005 and have just completed on its sale. We were extremely impressed from the initial conversations with Rebecca; to the viewings stage where their policy of complete transparency of feedback meant there were no surprises; to negotiating what turned out to be a relatively complex sale. Tom Roper was excellent. He was calm, thoughtful, pragmatic and knowledgeable throughout, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

GoogleRyan was really helpful in finding our property. He quickly understood our requirements and made sure he only notified us of properties that fit our criteria. He made sure we got in early into these properties and this was key in securing our property. Throughout the process he was very supportive and on hand to answer any questions. I would definitely speak to him if I was selling the property in the future!

GoogleI would recommend KFH to any prospective buyer, landlord or seller. I have done all three with KFH for my flat in Earlsfield. They really delivered for me with a friendly, approachable yet professional service. In 2018 we our flat sale through another agent fell through at the last moment. First time it had happened to me and of great concern as my young family and I were moving home for the first time. KFH came to our rescue. Through their network of registered prospective buyers and knowledge of the market managed to secure a great deal for both my family and the new owner. Thank you to Martin Worrall and the team. When we come to sell our current home I know exactly who we’ll call first….

We had initially been buying a property through another agent in Earlsfield whose communication skills left a lot to be desired. Tom's approach is markedly different; he was always upfront with us and really helped to push the sale through, staying in touch with us, the vendors and our solicitors throughout to ensure the transaction was dealt with quickly. Would definitely use him and KFH again.

GoogleWe worked with Josh Collins from the Earlsfield branch to secure our house in Earlsfield. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable about every house we viewed with him. He knew the answer to every question we posed to him, and he had a great manner; he gave us space to explore the house, but was always on hand to answer any questions. Hands down the most professional estate agent I’ve encountered.
