GoogleMy partner and I recently used KFH’s branch in Earlsfield for the sale of our property. We couldn’t fault the service provided by Tom for the initial valuation and Ryan who looked after the sale throughout. As soon as we were ready to market, the sales team came round to walk through the property and understand it’s features so that they could best pitch it to prospective buyers. Immediately the team had a client list they could reach out to and after the first day of viewings we had a number of offers on our property. Throughout the sale Ryan kept us updated, helping keep the exchange on track when things were a little bit slow on the solicitors side! All in all, a seamless service - thanks team!

Then, Josh made the whole process from offer to completion very smooth while he was always trying to expedite matters so as to complete the purchase within the stamp duty holiday. I was kept informed about viewings which were carried out by Tom, Ryan, Sam, Josh & Jim. Everyone I met or corresponded with in the office was extremely helpful and took the time to give feedback after viewings which turned out to be really helpful. It was Ryan who then found the right buyer, he was then extremely efficient in helping keep the sale process moving forward at a timely manner.
