GoogleThe sale of our flat was by far a textbook case, but KFH were always working hard to get the deal over the line and to that end, Josh was perhaps the most friendly and most punctual agent we've ever dealt with: always on hand to alleviate concerns, answer queries and generally be a thoroughly nice chap. Would recommend KFH and particularly Josh to anyone selling in the area.

Special mention must be made of Sophie Goodlace who went above and far beyond in order to expedite and ensure a smooth transfer and completion process, even driving over to collect signed documents on a Friday afternoon! Josh was incredibly supportive, generous with his time and communicative at every stage of the process. GoogleWe worked closely with Sophie in order to find a flat for our daughter in Earlsfield. Sophie was very professional, with an attentive and friendly manner. GoogleI honestly can not fault the KFH sales team. They were a much needed support, walking me through the process of selling my flat. Compared to my previous experience of selling a property with another agency, they were extremely effective in finding potential buyers, they were very professional & knowledgeable, always on the end of the phone and reassuring/guiding me with elements that felt daunting or confusing. I can not recommend them enough. Also big shout out to Sophie & Ryan who are exceptional at their jobs

GoogleRebecca and the Earlsfield KFH team dominate this market. Should have just gone to them from the very start. Sophie Goodlace handled my sale, found a buyer within 2 weeks (as promised) and a price agreeable to me. The process was challenging, as they all are, and Sophie was fantastic throughout, managing both sides of the deal professionally and efficiently. I would highly recommend KFH Earlsfield.

We had to sell our flat in order to buy the house Rebecca was selling and she put in every effort possible to help us sell our flat in order that the chain did not fall. Never did we expect Rebecca to be so helpful towards us given we were not her immediate client. She was chasing solicitors, coming up with alternative solutions and really empathised with our stress. The whole process was surprisingly easy, despite being part of a long chain, but Tom kept us updated every step of the way and we even completed by the end of the year which we had really wanted.
