GoogleI dealt with Josh Collins from KFH on my first purchase. It was a pleasure to go on this sometimes stressful journey with Josh. He was very responsive at all times and a key driver to ensure timeliness were met and processes were followed accordingly. Overall it was a super smooth process which makes all the difference when you are a first time buyer. I would strongly recommend Josh as an estate agent.

GoogleCan’t recommend KFH enough - the whole team are incredibly professional and friendly, they communicate clearly, are really responsive and made me feel like my sale/purchase were a priority for them. I felt at ease knowing my sale was in their hands and managed to secure a sale quickly and over asking price with their advice. Rebecca, Ebony and Sophie were a pleasure to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

GoogleNatalia was great throughout the process. Without her persistance and timely chasing close to completion of our sale + purchase chain we would have run into serious complications. She understands the process and was helpful in explaining next steps to me so that I could follow up and act fast, too. She was also very helpful in keeping us up to date about the changing market througout the process. We found some wonderful buyers through KFH, and it always helps to pass on your lovely home to someone who really cares and will cherish it! Thank you KFH

GoogleLazy when it comes to sales will lure you in with a good price but then get hardly any viewings or just won’t show up when they say they have booked someone in. Then they’ll say you need to lower your expectations despite them being the people who set them. Really gone downhill lately, disappointing as had come recommended

GoogleTom Roper - Earlsfield Branch Not all agents are the same, we found Tom and the KFH team to be the best in the area. Once instructed Tom provided realistic valuations based on market factors and local knowledge and went the extra mile to find us the right buyer. Throughout the negotiations Tom was easy to deal with and kept us informed throughout. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and is able to offer insight on the market as well as on more specialist topics such as lending and regulations. Overall I have always been impressed by the proactive approach that KFH takes and would recommend 100%.

GoogleRebecca and the team in Earlsfield were excellent. Rebecca knows the house sales market very well. She advised us on valuation and was able to put our house on the market very efficiently. KFH found us a good buyer. Our onward buying process was very challenging, and although nothing to do with KFH, Rebecca gave us some great advice and helped everything go through, we were very grateful. I would highly recommend the KFH team.

GoogleWe have just sold our property in Earlsfield with KFH, from whom we purchased it 6 years ago and we have had an excellent experience both as a buyer then and as a seller now. Tom Roper in particular was fantastic to work with; highly knowledgeable about the local market, he runs a very smooth process and makes what can be a pretty stressful situation as pain free as possible. We secured four offers within 24 hours of our property hitting the market and we exchanged within eight weeks of that. We can't recommend Tom and the whole KFH Earlsfield team highly enough.

GoogleNatalia at the Earlsfield office - is a STAR and a rare find! She totally got the brief. After a very bad experience with another agency and being shown horrific properties, - I was clear with Natalia what I was looking for. She then delivered 4/5 lovely options all of which hit the brief resulting in us having an offer accepted. Having seen over 30 properties this year there is a lot of rubbish out there so finding an agent you trust is key. Fingers crossed our purchase goes as smoothly...Thank you Natalia!

GoogleWow wow wow. What else can we say. KFH Earlsfield were simply superb from start to finish. They were in touch early and brought our property to market at the right time. They generated a great deal of interest and ultimately got us a fantastic price. Throughout the process they were communicating frequently and proactively with us. But most of all, what amazing people. Our main point of contact was Tom, earlier in the process Rebecca, but this applies to the whole team in this branch - they are just so friendly, upbeat and positive. A real team of winners with such a feeling of togetherness. Thanks so much for selling our house, we couldn’t have done it without you! Highly recommend!

GoogleI bought my flat in Earlsfield through KFH Earlsfield. I had a great experience with KFH, in particular with Natalia who is an estate agent in that branch. Natalia went above & beyond the level of service I experienced with any other estate agent. She is always available to talk and we were in pretty regular contact for the best part of year, viewing numerous properties. Natalia takes her job seriously but also is easy to get on with and I think really took into account what I, as a buyer, was looking for whilst also staying true to her clients, the sellers. If I knew anyone looking to buy in Earlsfield, i'd recommend Natalia as their contact. KFH also seem to have a good amount of properties that come on with them.

GoogleVery happy with the service we received from KFH Earlsfield. Ours was a challenging sale of our elderly relatives home. The team at KFH, Rebecca, Natasha, Ryan, Joseph, Adam and Tom were fantastic. Always professional, considerate and when they arranged a viewing it was accompanied by one of the team. Exactly how we had requested, never sending anyone without a chaperone to our vulnerable Mum. Most importantly, they also went onto secure an excellent price with the most suitable of buyers we could ever ask for. Then through out the most difficult part, the contract! They advised and assisted diligently, nothing was a problem, any issue was overcome with a helpful professional manner always Having placed our trust in KFH from the start, we also did not regret the decision to use the solicitor they recommended. It was a great help, having a solicitor who acted in tandem with us and Rebecca the manager. That undoubtedly helped to get the sale over the line. A big Thank you to all the team at KFH Earlsfield

GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Sophie from KFH on our recent flat purchase. Sophie was lovely from start to finish. We did not have the most straightforward of purchases due to complications around the leasehold and an incredibly short timeline. However Sophie was really supportive - always on hand to talk to, extremely quick at communicating and very knowledgable. She explained anything we were unsure of really clearly and despite mounting stress levels, Sophie kept a cool head and managed to help us reach our deadline. We would highly recommend her.

He consistently went out of his way to arrange viewings that worked at times that suited us, and we felt he took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. Not once did we feel any pressure from Tom, and when we finally saw our dream flat, Tom made the offer-to-exchange process run smoothly and easy. A joy to deal with!

Tom Roper, who led our sale, was a voice of calm and reason throughout an incredibly stressful process. He managed liaison with our buyers incredibly well. He even supported the communication between solicitors - often stepping in to help expedite the situation when the wheels of the legal process were turning frustratingly slowly. He was proactive and helpful in his communication with us. We felt well supported by a highly capable individual and a professional, approachable wider team.
