GoogleKFH recently completed the sale of our house and did a fantastic job, we could not be happier with the service provided by Rebecca May and Sophie Goodlace - really first class from start to finish. KFH proactively found our eventual buyer (from their existing book of people searching) and then Sophie project managed a complex chain of seven properties to bring about a hassle free completion in record time (keeping us, the lawyers and other agents regularly updated on progress). We cannot speak highly enough of Sophie and the team at KFH and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

GoogleWe recently sold our flat through KFH in Earlsfield. Josh was our main point of contact throughout the process, who we found to be professional and reliable throughout. He really is a credit to the Branch. In addition to organising our sales process, Josh was also able to source a property for us to buy. He was outstanding at managing all parties effectively through what is sometimes a tricky process and went above and beyond to ensure the moving process was as stress-free as possible. I would have no hesitation recommending KFH Earlsfield - and Josh in particular - to anyone wishing to sell their house locally.

GoogleWe didn't end up finding a property through KFH, but I have to say that Shyanne Sheree was highly professional and had excellent attention to detail. We made offers on almost every property we viewed with her, though we weren't able to secure them. She carefully reviewed our offers with us to ensure we were in a strong position and was always responsive and helpful. I will definitely reach out to her when we start looking again. Highly recommend!

GoogleI've just used this team for the second time (I sold through them in 2021) and was, again, very impressed with their consistency, quality of service and professionalism. With the combination of an open day and multiple viewings over four days they identified six suitable buyers and achieved well in excess of the asking price within a week of marketing. I strongly recommend this branch and will always use them for any house sales in SW18. Ray (from 2001) I’ve just sold my Earlsfield house (June ’21) and chose to use KFH’s Earlsfield office to do so. I’m delighted I did. The whole team were enthusiastic and diligent throughout and secured an asking price offer after four days of marketing. In particular, Tom Roper managed the sale politely and professionally, dealing with issues efficiently and quickly. If I ever sell in Earlsfield again I will certainly use Tom and the team again. GoogleJust wanted to say a few words on how good KFH in Earlsfield was with us,we had to sell out mums house after her passing last May we had a few agents round to give us a valuation and some were very good and some were not very good but we Decided to go with KTH and how right we was,from the start they had clients round looking and also gave us feedback on all of them,in a few week's we had an offer,excepted it and they have delt with everything,it was a probate deal and took nearly 6 months but the way they(Josh) kept chasing the solicitors and kept in touch with everything that they were doing was great,definitely would recommend and use again if needed Thank you for all your help (Josh)

She was true to her word throughout the process and followed up/ chased solicitors daily for us. Although it wasn't the easiest sale process with a lot of delays she was calm and reassuring on email/ phone which was just what we needed. A big thank you to everyone but especially Natalia. Sophie was our main point of contact, she was incredibly attentive and took a genuine interest in our needs when finding properties for us to view, once we had found the place, Sophie took a brilliantly consultative approach, advising us on how we can maximise the space and value through work based on similar properties in the area. If you want somewhere/ someone that is going to go above and beyond, you can’t go far wrong with KFH and Sophie.

GoogleI decided to sell my house with KFH as they have an excellent reputation in Earlsfield. Rebecca is exceptionally knowledgeable with regards to the local area and has a fantastic sales team. I dealt with Tom, Sophie and Ebony who are all experts in their field and an asset to KFH. Ebony was my sales progressor and main contact. She has been a joy to work with - friendly, highly professional, transparent and a great communicator, quick to respond to my many queries. There were a number of challenges to overcome, as is the case with conveyancing, but Ebony made the process as pain free as possible and having her support throughout was invaluable. I felt listened to and respected as a client. I have no hesitation in recommending KFH and would like to thank the team for their tenacity and commitment in selling my house.

GoogleWe had a brilliant experience selling our flat with Earlsfield KFH. Rebecca and her team, in particular Tom and Natalia, were fantastic from start to finish. They were professional and hard working, arranging a huge number of viewings from the moment the flat was on the market which enabled us to find a buyer really quickly. Even when the first sale fell through, they continued to work really hard to find a second buyer in record time to ensure we didn’t lose our onward purchase. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again
