Keatons Kentish Town were the most pleasant and helpful of the estate agents we spoke to (also the only ones to actually call us when new properties in our budget came up!) Michael was very efficient getting in touch ASAP and setting up the viewing when the property came up, and Mark was so great showing us around, answering all of our questions and guiding us through the offer/post-offer process. A very friendly group of people who make you feel like a priority in a such a fast-moving market.

Keatons are awesome and have the best staff!

Lauren was extremely helpful, the initial property we requested we missed out on but Lauren had two other amazing, local suggestions for us. We've found our perfect family home and already so happy here. Lauren made sure that we had everything we needed, she kept in touch regularly, even when there were no updates, she made sure that we were always kept in the loop. Lauren is always on time, professional, kind and efficient. Since we've moved in the Property Manager James at Keatons has been SO helpful, any issues we've had he's had resolved within less than 24 hours and even kept in touch out of hours.

Very unprofessional

Natalie Craddock was very unprofessional. The organisation for our moving was a disaster, from payment issues to the end of tenancy cleaning that was terrible. Plus, it is very difficult to contact her, she never answers to the phone and didn't sort any of the issues we had. We moved into a dirty flat, after pointing that out to her she said she would have make the cleaning company come again, we asked to please contact another cleaning company as that one wasn't a professional one and couldn't even come before we moved all our stuff in the new house, she refused, made them come after we moved everything in and even after the second cleaning, the flat was as dirty as we found it the first time with plenty of pictures to prove it. Estate agencies are super busy after covid, make yourself a favour and chose one that can really help you sort things out, moving house is already stressful, you don't want to put more stress having to deal with more issues that you are already.

Keatons Wanstead - great service

I had a really good experience with Keatons in Wanstead. From the start, the advice and help I got from Paul Rooke when I was unsure about selling or letting my property, was really valuable and helpful. David Roderick sold the flat very quickly and was super helpful and always on hand. Toni Caldwell helped manage the process smoothly through the sale. I had some legal issues towards the end of the sale (while having Covid) and David and the team went above and beyond to help me out - really massively appreciate that. The whole team was great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell or rent.

I had a great experience viewing prospective flats witb Oscar Pace. Whilst we didn't ultimately end up signing for a property with Keatons, Oscar was very helpful and proactive in arranging flats for us to view. Driving around between viewings as well it was clear he was very knowledgeable about the area and the wider rental market he gave some very helpful tips for finding a place to live.

Mark Peavot was so helpful and patient with us as prospective tenants. After lengthy discussion, we turned a beautiful place down as we eventually realised it was unsuitable for our needs. He was such a gentleman about it. We contacted him again as we had issues with our right to rent with another agent and he submitted this for us on our behalf! On the property we turned down! Amazing service and care

I have dealt with Debby the manager for over 20 years who has always been great. With this in mind I recently sold my property with Keatons. I dealt with a lovely young man called Tarik and a very helpful lady call Toni who both managed my sale start to finish. I had a lot of personal issues during the sale and they went above the call of an estate agent to help me manage these and dealt with all the third parties taking an untold level of stress off me. Keatons are very good at what they do so they get all the best properties on their books. I made contact with Richard at their Bow office and set out what I was looking for.
