Brilliant service

We bought our flat through Keatons back in 2014 and had such a great experience that we returned to them when we decided to sell in 2022! And once again, we were very happy with their service. OJ Aksu was fantastic. Super communicative around the viewings and secured us an offer within a week of the flat going on the market. He was helpful and responsive throughout the whole process and was happy to answer any questions we had - no matter how stupid they sounded! Together with Jon (Taylor), OJ helped to keep things moving forward, giving us a gentle tap on the shoulder whenever things went quiet on our side. We are so grateful for this as it meant we were able to meet our ambitious target to exchange before Christmas.Would 100% recommend Keatons for anyone looking to buy or sell their property. We have now used them on both sides and have found their service to be impeccable, from start to finish.

Great service

We recently moved into Bow, we chose Keaton’s as they have lots properties and a wide range of price points listed. The service was great from our first viewing to signing our contact. Justine was great and she had great knowledge of the area. Justine and Natalie were fantastic in answering all of our questions and guiding us through the process. Natalie was very professional and efficient when we were handed over to her to complete our tenancy agreement etc. The company also use a third party to assist in setting up all of our new accounts. That totally took the stress away from the move. We would definitely use Keatons in the future and would recommend them.

Have worked with Keatons both on the purchase of my property and then the subsequent sale 4 years later. After having spoken to numerous estate agents, it was clear that Keatons has the best distribution channels in the area. Every individual I have dealt with there has been very capable. Both me and my girlfriend were looking to move to London from Ireland and were actively looking to find a place to live. Lauren Woods in Keatons was very helpful during this process, she set up virtual viewings while we waited to book flights. She also was extremely accommodating with us for arranging in person viewings and always answered any queries in a few hours which really helped put us at ease. Great Experience with Keatons

My experience with Keatons has been pleasant. Their staff is very professional and everything is well defined. All the people working in Keatons try to help as much they can.
