We have found them to be incredibly professional with a very helpful team. Friendly, personal and excellent communication

From the first enquiry I made about a property, I have been supported and guided through the process of renting, thanks to Billy Haspineall. Communication has been excellent - I had many questions, and Billy was very responsive to all my queries, which put me at ease and made me feel well cared for. I appreciate Keaton's straightforward approach, and it's nice to know that I have such a friendly and caring estate agency managing the property! I want to say thank you to Natalie Craddock and Shani Pinnock for handling the end of the tenancy phase very professionally and in a customer-friendly way. Oscar was the point of contact for the viewing of the apartment in the John bell tower. It was really a great experience with him from scheduling the viewing to finalizing the contract. - Before scheduling he made sure to check for availability & schedule the viewing accordingly. - During viewing - Oscar had a great understanding of the place he knew the surrounding and did highlight all the key points of the apartment and locality. - After viewing - he was quick to share the offer form & also explained the entire process which was really helpful as I recently moved to the UKOscar also made sure that I was updated throughout the process either by call/text/or emailAll in all, it was a great experience with Oscar.

Both me and my girlfriend were looking to move to London from Ireland and were actively looking to find a place to live. Lauren Woods in Keatons was very helpful during this process, she set up virtual viewings while we waited to book flights. She also was extremely accommodating with us for arranging in person viewings and always answered any queries in a few hours which really helped put us at ease. I used Keatons to find a flat to move into across Dec 22 and Jan 23. Lauren Wood initially showed me the flat, was very personable and helpful and sent me what she needed to promptly. There were delays moving into the flat (not related to Keatons or Lauren) and Lauren was very good at a) helping move things along and I pressing the urgency and on working in my behalf with the landlady and b) keeping me clearly informed as to what was happening. We managed to get moved in on time and I was very impressed and grateful. Natalie Craddock also was helpful in ensuring I was able to get my contract signed on time and get moved in with minimal delays. I would definitely recommend Lauren and Natalie!

Big thanks to Natalie! We went through a lot of stress durning the referencing process on this tenancy. Some of the problems were completely our fault but some of them were caused by a lot of miscommunication. When we nearly gave up on this tenancy Natalie form Keatons at lower Clapton came with her professional touch and honestly saved the day. She was very lovely, attentive and organised. Highly recommend asking for her when in doubt.

Good experience

I had a good experience with Keatons. Oscar was very nice and helpful. Oscar listened carefully to what I wanted from our rental and suggested some listings which matched my criteria. He was responsive to emails and knowledgeable. Unfortunately in the end we went with a different apartment via a different agency. Should I be on the lookout for apartment in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Keatons.
