My experience with Keatons Agency has been really good from the viewing arrangement! Everyone is professional, caring and responding.They were always making sure that any issue we had has been sorted. Alex was really supportive with all the viewings, all the repairs have been arranged via Keatons online platform and all the communication between us and the landlord was effective!They were really helpful with our checkout, Natalie helped us throughout the whole process and we had no issues with our check our inventory and deposit! Extremely Helpful and Professional

Our experience with Oscar Pace at Keatons Bow was an absolute pleasure. The Keatons group made the process of finding and acquiring a flat so easy! I used Keatons to find a flat to move into across Dec 22 and Jan 23. Lauren Wood initially showed me the flat, was very personable and helpful and sent me what she needed to promptly. There were delays moving into the flat (not related to Keatons or Lauren) and Lauren was very good at a) helping move things along and I pressing the urgency and on working in my behalf with the landlady and b) keeping me clearly informed as to what was happening. We managed to get moved in on time and I was very impressed and grateful. Natalie Craddock also was helpful in ensuring I was able to get my contract signed on time and get moved in with minimal delays. I would definitely recommend Lauren and Natalie!

Brilliant service from Sean

I will never go to this agency to rent…

I will never go to this agency to rent a house anymore. We rented a house and the landlady was selling it after 6 months living there, the landlady was amazing and she was happy to unblock the deposit for us and took so long because Natalie wasn’t replying the emails. After that house we thought ok let’s stay with Keatons and we had the same problem, the landlord wanted to sell the house. Instead of helping us out the whole Keaton Startford office was so unhelpful and complicated. At the end the landlord took some money from our deposit unfairly , because we didn’t so the professional cleaning with the company that Keaton is working with. So I wouldn’t recommended to rent with them at all, specially the team in Startford .

Best management team ever!

I had an amazing experience with Keatons so far. I've been with the agency for 2 years now and I really feel seen and valued as a tenant. Especially thanks to the head of property Management, Arshi. Happy couple and thanks to Matthieu :)

Our experience was great for Matthieu. Since the very first moment we booked an appointment I enjoyed it. Matthieu called us and reminded us about it and cleared me some doubts I had. We went to the flat and he was so kind and proactive about everything we wanted to know that it was one of the reasons we liked. We fell in love with the apartment from the moment we saw it but also its important to know properly who you will deal with and Matthieu made us feel confident about it. Keatons have managed my property for the past 6 years while I have been abroad. The lettings team (finding tenants) have been responsive, and have always kept me up to date and provided lots of information about the prospective leads.I have dealt with Charlotte McCulloch and Natalie Craddock on the tenant management side who have always been responsive, professional and helpful. The repairs side (a different team) are professional and helpful, although they need to be kept on top of to ensure that things are moving along, and their contractors seem to be more expensive than you can find yourself.I recently sold my property through Keatons too and they managed the whole process seamlessly - no complaints there.

Great service from Lauren and Danielle at Keaton Deptford Office…

We recently rented a property with the help of Lauren and Danielle at the Keaton Deptford office who were very helpful and polite and provided great service throughout the whole process. The only thing is there needs to be a clearer understanding on right to rent checks for non-UK citizens as this caused unwarranted anxiety for us, however, this is true for the renting sector as a whole, and Lauren and Danielle helped navigate this. Overall I would recommend Keaton Deptford, especially Lauren and Danielle.

The service and support received in viewing the flat and submitting the references was alright. Luke was quite responsive and accommodating throughout the process. We appreciated that he did his best to ensure the flat was ready to receive us. However, finalizing the contract took too much back and forth when a different member of the team picked up the reins. A clause we had negotiated in our offer had been left out and we were given a wrong invoice twice.
