Reliable Property Management company

I have been using Keatons as the managing agents for the letting of my property for several years. I have always found them very professional. In particular the property manager assigned to my property, Natalie Craddock has been very communicative and responsive with any issues. All requests have been handled promptly and any questions that I have asked are answered quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property management company.

Keaton's a pleasure to work with

We have a property being managed by Keaton's over a number of years and to be honest, it is a pleasure to deal with an honest and a sincere company who put the interest of the customers before their own and have never in all these years let us down or said NO to any matters dealing with the property. all their departments seem to be run smoothly and professionally. In particular i would like to thank Jack Saunders and his team, who I had to contact recently with an issue with our entry fire door to the apartment . I only had to email him the email received from the management company pointing out the defects and within 7 days the matter was sorted with Jack instructing his team of professionals to attend site and carry out the works to the satisfaction of the management team. I have no hesitation in recommending Keaton's to any of my friends and family. So Jack take a pat on your back you deserve it sir.

I've had such a pleasant experience so far searching for a property to rent with Keatons. I emailed on a Saturday morning to request some viewings. The lovely Nia arranged to meet me & my partner at the first property and again, a little later at the 2nd property. Nia has been amazing - so friendly, professional, speedy & very personable. We put an offer in for the 2nd property that we viewed on the Saturday evening and by the Sunday evening our offer had been accepted & we had started the referencing process. Nia has made the experience smooth & exciting - you don't always get that when searching for a new home. It's often complicated & daunting. Thanks Nia! ☺️

Excellent service throughout the tenancy process

We had a great experience with Keatons throughout our tenancy application. Joel was very helpful from the initial viewing and kept us informed throughout the process. When Joel was away, Shani took over our application and was fantastic. She was very responsive, understanding of our situation, and took the time to help us work through the referencing process. Her communication was clear and she always kept us updated, which made what could have been a stressful process much easier. I’ve been very impressed with Keatons in my experience so far.
