Fantastic Purchase Experience

I was really impressed by Keatons, they have made my flat purchase very smooth.Prior to my offer being accepted, Sean Studd was incredibly prompt with booking the viewing and resolving any queries I had, I never had to wait more than a couple hours by email. I didn't feel pushed into anything and was refreshed by his non-smarmy approach.Chloe Cook has also been a star throughout the buying process and has been equally speedy with responses.I would emphatically recommend Keatons Deptford if you are looking for a more wholesome estate agent. Amazing service from Justine!

My partner and I found a new property to rent via Keatons and experienced amazing customer service. We were helped by Justine and she was brilliant through the whole process. We initally didn't get the first property we enquired about due to that landlord increasing the initial price, but as soon as we saw another property in the same area, we let Justine know and she did everything in her power to secure it for us. The process of credit checks, referencing and paying our deposits was also so easy and stress-free. We're really looking forward to having Keatons as our estate agents while in this property. Couldn't recommend enough!

Massive thank you to Natalie Craddock who supported us from day one. She is really approachable and is super patient which always helps. She kept us updated with any developments, went through the paperwork right through to the end when we returned the keys. We are so grateful for her assistance throughout and wish her nothing but the best for the future! Also a massive thank you to Corina Tohaneanu who dealt with our queries during the tenancy, and help with getting a lot of issues resolved including the council. Again, we are so grateful for your assistance throughout! Corina has been our property manager for quite some time now and I can say she is the best. Any issues we have with our apartment has been dealt with professionally, efficiently and most importantly in a timely manner. She is also thorough in her work and manages expectations very well.She is great to work with, knows how to handle tricky situations taking the stress from the landlord away which is a huge help. The journey from Clapton Square to Dunlace Road was a really big step for me and my autistic five year old. Riaz was amazing, excited with us at every step of the way which was such a lovely personal touch. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nia S. at Keatons and I cannot thank her enough for helping me get my new place! She was amazing from start to finish, patient and accommodated my weird OCD requests about cleaning and gone beyond the extra mile by picking up an early package delivery with her keeping it safe till our move! She is a young star and will do great in the future, she knows every single detail and always happy when talking and on top of her job through and through, she kept calm and understanding when i was going crazy. From the first meeting to the completion of the sale, Sean and Chloe were amazing.We had some issues with our daughter moving out to another flat which delayed things and Keatons were amazing at keeping in touch and letting the buyer know that the delay was beyond our control.When I needed help with disposing of items and cleaning the flat due to personal commitments and not being able to do this myself they were wonderful at sorting everything.I would recommend Keatons for anybody looking for a great agent and am grateful to them for their help and support during this time.
