Charlotte was friendly and professional throughout the entire process, from the flat viewing to move in date, and was always on hand to offer any help and guidance. Great experience with letting our apartment via Keatons. As non-resident landlords, we looked for an agency to provide peace of mind and Keatons has definitely delivered. On top of that, we recently had our tenants moving abroad, and Luke Bull was able to provide great new tenants in a very short timeframe. All in all very happy with the overall experience.

Super communication: called to say he was working on it, called to confirm landlord was happy with boiler quote, called to find a suitable time for a plumber to visit, then followed up after. We sold our flat with Keatons and they were helpful and professional throughout. We dealt with Dean for our valuation which was quick and accurate and Richard for our sale who found us solid buyers quickly and maintained good contact throughout. Patricia and Richard were our saviours throughout a long and protracted leasehold extension as part of the sale and we were thankful for their continued professionalism and support despite many frustrations.

GoogleI've just sold my flat through Keatons and although there was a delay at the buyers end the sale all went through without any problems. Jay Izzett was my first contact at Keatons and after he valued the flat we agreed the T&C's and the fee. He then arranged for the photos and text description for the listing; we discussed and amended the text and photos slightly and this was all dealt with promptly so the flat went on the market within a week of agreeing to proceed. As the negotiator Andrew Jackson dealt with prospective purchasers and the eight viewings which all took place within 48 hours of the flat going live on Rightmove. He then managed the bids that we received and within four days of being listed the flat was under offer with the buyer who then completed several weeks later. Emma Murrell and Hollie Faint subsequently became involved in managing the correspondence and co-ordinating the sale. Initially we had valuations from two other agents who valued the flat at £25k higher and £25k lower than Keatons. By looking at the market we jointly decided with Keatons to put the flat on the market at the upper end of the range and we received four offers above the asking price and we completed the sale at 5% over the asking price. I would recommend Keatons as providing an approachable, reliable, professional service in Deptford at a reasonable cost.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe placed our flat with Keatons to rent just as Covid was getting started. The first tenants returned to their home country within a couple of months due to financial difficulties but new tenants were quickly found without fuss and have been in place ever since. Every one of the staff that we have dealt with have been excellent from sorting out issues to advising on tenancy agreements so it would not be right to single any one person out.
