Me and my brother found this apartment in Royal Docks offered by Keatons. Rebecca Cousins and Daniel John from the agency provided outstanding service and supported us from the process of application for the apartment until after moving in. Everything went very smooth and clear, without any uncertainties. We also liked the fact that all the reports and processes were explained in detail. Thus, we definitely recommend Keatons!

The market knowledge and client orientation come through, and he went the extra mile to bridge my expectations with the landlord's. I was helped by Michael, from viewing the property to the final move in date; who made the process very comfortable and transparent. He also helped me prepare by proving all the right info and was helpful whenever I had any questions. I think Keatons is one of the best experience I have had with any letting agency so far. This was my first flat letting due to moving abroad. The timeframe was very tight - within a month and over the Christmas period Keatons had let my flat and took on full management. Natalie was really helpful in making it a smooth experience and came back immediately, answering any questions I had. Letting through Keatons removed any stress around renting the property out.
