GoogleIve moved about 4 times since I have moved to London and I must say, this the best agent I have work with. They are fast, responsive and never made us feel pressured. Our agent Lauren Wood was really great, and very professional. The whole move process was coordinated efficiently. And even after we found our place, we found the admin support also very helpful too and never put us under any pressure. We need more agencies to be like this.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Oscar, who was our first point of contact, was helpful and efficient throughout - on the phone, via email and in person. Taking the stress out of renting. The first property I saw with Keatons was the one for me and I wanted to move to the next steps. Michael Logan was my agent and was very efficient, friendly and clear about what they needed from me. I was very happy with the customer service and would recommend Keatons as a professional estate agents with fantastic customer service and a selection of very decent properties to rent, not an easy thing to find in London. I rented my flat out through the Bow office. I dealt with Billy to find the tenants and subsequently Jay who helped with all the necessary works to be done on the flat before the tenants moved in. The overall service has been great from everybody and I would recommend using Keatons if you need to rent your flat out in the area.
