If there would be chance to give -5 star rating I definitely would. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the property estate agency Keatons, and I must say it has been nothing short of a nightmare. My interaction with them began in late June when I inquired about renting a room in a 2-bedroom flat. From that point on, it has been a series of disappointments and frustrations.One of the main issues was the complete lack of care from Natalie, the person handling my case. Despite clearly communicating that I needed the tenancy contract by August 15th, she seemed utterly indifferent. Not only did she not take my deadline seriously, but she also went on holiday twice, leaving my case forgotten and me in a state of constant anxiety, unsure about where I would be sleeping.Communication was a farce throughout this ordeal. Natalie never replied to emails, and if she did answer the phone, it was to offer empty promises about the contract arriving soon. This same excuse had been regurgitated for two months, leading me to question whether they had any intention of fulfilling their responsibilities. I diligently provided all required documents on time, but they seemed more interested in making excuses rather than progressing with the process.Another convenient excuse they conjured was that the landlord was unresponsive to phone calls and emails. This supposedly went on for two weeks, compounding my frustration. In a last-ditch effort to get some answers, I visited the agency in person last week, hoping to speak with Natalie. Instead, she evaded me, claiming to be in a meeting, and passed me off to another estate agent who provided the same rehearsed excuses about the uncooperative landlord.It is utterly embarrassing that Keatons has been unable to provide me with a contract from late June to the present day, August 14th. I cannot stress enough the level of incompetence and carelessness exhibited by Natalie and the entire team. If you're considering Keatons for your property needs, I implore you not to let Natalie handle your case. In fact, I would strongly advise against engaging with this agency altogether. They have proven themselves to be an inept and uncaring bunch who have caused me immense stress and frustration.

Keatons are the most responsive estate agents in London I have come across so far, and Natalie Craddock is particularly helpful to deal with. The communication is always smooth and if anything needs fixing they arrange for that to happen. Would absolutely recommend using them.

Keaton's have let an uninhabitable flat to me and my friend. Upon arriving to move in we found the flat in a state of disrepair and absolutely filthy. When asked for the flat to be made habitable, we were informed that we didn't request for things to be fixed before we moved in, however this would have been impossible as to date we have not received the inventory to see if the property had any issues that needed addressing.

I recently asked Keatons to rent my flat. They undercut the competition and found me significantly more rent than others were offering. So far the service has been good, clear and fairly quick. They are also email competent which may north London estate agents, in my experience, are. Very polite and easy to deal with.

So far, Keatons have been great in helping us find a place.Oscar Pace, our agent, was very easy to contact, helped us negotiate with the landlord and passed on some useful suggestions. Would recommend him, he went out of his way to help, including answering our messages on the weekend.

This guy Oscar- sets up an appointment for viewing and cancels on the day of viewing, stating this let is agreed. Whereas, the property is still available.He wouldn’t even bother listening to the tenant requirements.I don’t know Keatons agency as a whole but with my first experience- never coming back to them , never recommending them.
