My experience with Keaton in particular with Oscar from the Bow office was very good. It was my first experience of such communication and I was very comfortable that Oscar returned to me very quickly on my request to view the studio and then reacted very quickly and to the point and gave answers to all my questions. I was the buyer and they were very efficient and helped to smooth over the process, which took a couple of months in my case from offer to exchange. Keatons have been very poor throughout my tenancy. They ignored requests or delayed taking action for weeks at a time and then sent my deposit I paid separately to someone else. Would not use them again.
