This was my first experience of letting my London flat. Keatons offered me a good deal and handled all aspects of the letting, overcoming some issues with the Boiler and installing the new tenants to a tight deadline. Several of Keatons staff at the Mile End office were involved but I would particularly commend Natalie (administrator) and Jay who managed the maintenance issues

Very poor and irresponsible services. My family's health and safety is at risk and Keatons ignore all our complaints. Keatons will treat you just like a 'number or an email away' and take no actions to ensure your satisfaction.

It was a big pleasure dealing with Keatons and Luke specifically. After hearing all scary stories about searching a flat in London, I feel like Keatons were able to completely change the perception of it.
