GoogleI found Keatons to be exceptionally professional and helpful in helping me find a long term flat earlier this year. Lauren in lettings was friendly, approachable and responsive keeping me updated on viewings and set out very clear covid procedures. She really got to know what I wanted from my home and found really excellent options for me - and even went the extra mile of messaging me with good wishes on my moving in date which was really nice. It's been an absolute pleasure signing our house with Keatons. Oscar Pace and Danielle Smith have been very responsive, clear, and honest with usb throughout and helped create effective communication channels to the landlord to help meet the needs of both. We are yet to move in, but no complaints whatsoever so far. Having experienced renting in another property, this is not always the case.

I had an amazing experience selling my flat in East London; namely with Dean from the Bow office. I had a high target price which he actually exceeded - in contrast to other real estate agents who tried to lowball my target price - this makes a huge difference! Keatons fees are great too - I compared services with nearly all in the surrounding area - Keatons is the right choice!

GoogleI met with Jay Izzet to start the process of rental for my flat, he was professional engaging and provided me with a great opportunity. The service was super fast, efficient and the photography for my flat was fantastic , it was advertised on the Saturday and Lauren got in touch with us to book the first viewing; the property was then let out on the Monday, could not not have asked for anything more. I've let a couple of properties in east London through Keatons, and would definitely recommend them. The staff that I've worked with (Oscar, Stevie & Danielle to mention just a few), have always been upfront, honest and keen to provide solutions for any situation that has come up. I first started letting my property through them around 6 years ago and haven no intention of going anywhere else.
