Have a great experience as a tenant through Keatons at the moment, and an important factor playing into that has been to recieve excellent help through communicating with Arshi. Whenever something has occurred she´s been very tentative in listening to the issue, as well as being hands on to help resolve it quickly. Oscar took the time to properly show me the property and answer my many questions. He gave me a very good idea of the possibilities and was understanding of my need and my limits. He did regular follow-ups and was always polite during the whole process. I wish all agents were like that! :)
