I have used Keaton's over a number of years mainly because their staff are professional in the way they deal with the letting process and quite simply they do their best to obtain a good tenant. In the recent dealing both Oscar Pace & Natalie Craddock and other staff members did there very best to find the right tenant for the property.

I viewed two flats with Keatons, the 2nd of which I've recently moved into and am happily settling in :) The process between making an offer and signing the lease agreement was straightforward and timely.Daniel, the agent who handled my case, kept me updated with the status of my tenancy journey throughout each step, up to the collection of my keys on moving day which was very comforting given how stressful flat hunting can be.

Unfortunately came into a flat with broken doors and mould, and took 3 weeks to fix. Terrible experience, Keatons however was able to stay available to contact. Luckily, they were transparent, but landlord was still terrible, 3 weeks is obnoxious. So just advice to next tenants, Keatons are professional, but make sure you have a look at the flat properly first before you move in, if issues like this arrive, they will take ages to fix.

Mark from Keatons was great. He was responsive and friendly from the beginning. He always followed up and kept me updated on my rental process from start to finish.
