Daniel John at Keatons has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process of finding and moving into our property. He guided us through at every step making it as straightforward as possible and was always on hand if we needed anything. He really went above and beyond in helping us secure our new property which both Lucy and I are very appreciative of. I really noticed a difference with Keatons in how they do things compared to other estate agents and those little extras really do go along way to take the stress out of moving. It has been a pleasure in dealing with Daniel John and Keatons. I would highly recommend.

Incredible service Keatons Deptford

Incredible service from Keatons, Deptford! If you're thinking of selling a property in the Deptford area, this is the agency to use. They went above and beyond all expectations. We had SO many hassles through Covid and evicting our tenant, the whole sale took a year and a half, but nothing was too much trouble for Jay, OJ and Toni. We really felt they went the extra mile for us, as we are living overseas, and they saved us so much stress. Good pricing, great communication and professional advice. Would HIGHLY recommend these guys.

The house search full package

Having to look at so many estate agents can be an arduous task, but I found Keatons have a great variety and large volume of properties coming on the market, so I was happy to just use them for my property search. The agents were also great, Justine in particular was with us every step of the way, regularly getting in touch with new properties that matched our search, and being fast and flexible for booking viewings.

I had a great experience with the tenancy co-ordinator, Natalie Craddock. She was absolutely amazing from day 1 right until the end of my tenancy. She was helpful, responsive, polite and made the effort to get things sorted. I would 100% recommend her and would give her 5 stars. The reason I have given 4 is because I feel the other department I worked with were not as efficient and helpful as Natalie.

The worst agency we've dealt with.

The worst agency we've dealt with.The issues started early in the tenancy; we moved during the first lockdown when in-person viewings were not allowed. The videos shared by the agent were not representative of the flat's condition at all. We received a flat with mould, damaged appliances and several issues. When we complained we received the answer that these should have been raised prior to moving in. During our time there, every single issue we've had including a massive leak was a fight to get it fixed as the agents were dismissive of issues. During checkout, they attempted to charge us for things not mentioned in the checkout report.They ask customers for reviews immediately after closing a deal hence the ratings, the experience is VERY different as you spend time with them as a tenant.
