Absolutley awful

Absolutley awful - biggest scammers of an agents I've ever dealt with.Despite a signed and dated inventory where the first tenants provided proof of an unclean property and damages, I've still been charged these out of my deposit deductions after a long tenancy has come to an end. The property is proven to have been left untidy and dirty at the time of commencement, as well as other faults and damages but apparently the inventory 'isn't proof'. On top of this, 'dust' being reported on the move out inventory is somehow dirty enough to charge a full professional clean despite showing receipts we already paid for one ourselves. After we compromised a deposit deduction, they came back and said the price was incorrect and so increased the deductions..Please do yourself a favour and avoid Keatons!!

We have recently rented a property with Keatons and we have been pleasantly surprised by Oscar and Rebecca for their dedication. We have viewed a few properties with Oscar and he kept me in mind for future offers. A property became available that was suitable for my needs and Oscar called me straight away. Relocating and finding a place to live

Me and my partner just relocated to the UK and are navigating the complexities of finding a place in London. After some hopeful experiences and disappointments, we finally found a place we really liked. Lauren Murphy, the lettings consultant, went out of her way to find a way for us to view the property, despite the fact we had previously cancelled our appointment due to a schedule conflict. She was kind, helpful and demonstrated professionalism and a very positive attitude. Lauren answered all of our questions (even some we didn't realize we had) with empathy and patience, and clearly indicated what the following steps should be. Excellent service across the board. Great if money grow on trees

They're handling everything pretty well that's obvious but the offered prices for rent an accommodation are sky high! There are no rooms for around £600 they're are over £1300. Which means half of my monthly payment needs to go for a rent. Honestly I have no idea how so many people are handling it and they are fine paying £1300 pcm for a double room?? Are they all owning diamond mines? I would go that ballistic if my monthly payment was £5000 which is a dream that will never come true. Best of luck everyone.
