TrustpilotVery friendly and professional
I approached Keatons to look for an apartment with my partner. Alessandro showed us a few apartments. He was friendly, showed us some really nice apartments, as well as showed us a bit of the neighborhood. He also answered any questions we had, and in general was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend Keatons and Alessandro if you're looking for a new place.

TrustpilotWe completed our property sale with OJ AKSU
We completed our property sale with OJ AKSU and OJ is a fantastic person to work with as his help and knowledge made the process as simple as it could be.OJ was easy to contact and always at hand to help and represent for my partner and myself at each stage of the sale and his expert knowledge kept us confident and relaxed.OJ took on the role of liaison between buyer and seller expertly, helping manage any issues smoothly and professionally while being approachable and acting on our ideas. The viewings were managed extremely well with OJ working with us closely to help them be as efficient and unobtrusive as possible. The after sale support was also reassuring and we would recommend working with OJ AKSU without hesitation
Thank you Win, that's fantastic to hear.

TrustpilotOJ (Alku) was just fantastic
OJ (Alku) was just fantastic. I spoke to two agents when I decided to sell the flat and while OJ had the benefit of Keatons being my reliable lettings agent on his side, his confident and honest manner won the deal (from his competitor who is technically best agent in the neighbourhood according to getagent). Communication has been open and incredibly efficient which I’ve really valued. Despite personal events and the complications with getting to exchange, OJ has been patient. We have another flat to sell/let and I will be asking OJ/Keatons to help.
Thank you Vanisha, that's fantastic to hear.

TrustpilotQuick to respond and reliable
We've been with Keatons for over a year now and have been more than happy with the service provided. We have regular contact with our agents Tamanna and Wayne who are always quick to respond and helpful with our enquiries. Tamanna recently helped us with our contract renewal, and we very much appreciated having her on board. Renting in London can be stressful at the best of times and its a relief to know that we have people like Tamanna to help assist and support our needs.
Thank you Benjamin, that's fantastic to hear.

TrustpilotGood experience! Thank you Lauren
Lauren at Keatons was really kind and helpful when myself and my partner were looking for a flat to rent. She helped us get a good deal on a two bed in SE, and since moving in a couple of weeks ago things have been going pretty well :) It was refreshing to speak with an agent who we felt was understanding of the stress and difficulties of finding somewhere to live in London, especially at the moment. Thank you!
Thank you for your review, that's fantastic to hear.

The whole process was very easy. Justine Reynolds helped me arrange a viewing , she was very friendly and willing to give clarity to all my questions.I found the verification process with their partner good lord a bit time consuming however this is understandable and it was again quite straight forward. I appreciate Justine's prompt responses and friendly attitude.
