Above and beyond

Thank god we had Oscar from Keatons Bow on our side during this nightmare that is having to look for a rental property in London right now. He was really professional and courteous during the viewing, was super responsive to all our enquiries and when there was a hick-up on one of our checks he went above and beyond for us, ultimately securing us the rental property.
