We’ve been letting our 1 bedroom flat in E3 though Keatons, Bow (fully managed let), since August 2018. We’re now letting to our third set of tenants. With each new tenancy, the team at Keatons, Bow, operate with the knowledge, efficiency and professionalism to make the whole process of letting a property run smoothly. Our Property Manager, Jay Smith, Lettings Constant, Luke Bull, and Tenancy Co-ordinator, Natalie Craddock have been excellent. It is also extremely pleasing to see our former tenants also give Keatons a 5* review on Trust Pilot. For us, this is a ringing endorsement of the choice we made to let through Keatons, Bow. We would recommend letting through Keatons to any other landlords that want, above all, to get the best for all concerned - both the landlord but more importantly the tenants.

GoogleGreat experience with the Keatons Deptford office. Super nice agents and don’t ask you to bid over the asking price which makes a BIG difference. Use good lord for referencing as well which is really easy to use and efficient. Would recommend.

Having been a customer of Keaton’s for 4 year plus I can only testify of having positive experiences through letting my property through them. The standout areas of expertise that shine the most are client search and seamless tenant transition. Two chaps who have managed my flat are Ollie and Luke, both top guys, honest and professional with years of knowledge in letting properties in the East London area. Now living overseas they have made renting my property seem relatively easy and recommended the right letting product that works best for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Keaton’s to other flat owners within my block and anyone else who reads this review. Remember choosing the cheaper rental letting agency doesn’t always work. You get what you pay for and Keaton’s have never let me down.
