Keatons are a solid agency, operating in parts of London where, as a landlord, other agencies are not reputable. I have had positive experiences and appreciate their efficiency, responsiveness and transparency. In particular, I would like to flag my appreciation for Keatons' Head of Compliance, Cass Waples, one of the easiest and most professional people I have worked with. Cass helped recently with council inspections of my HMOs and subsequent remedial works.

I've been renting a flat through Keatons for coming up to a couple of years. They have been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them. They have helped me with improvements to the flat as well as being extremely helpful with any issues that have come up. Each member of staff has been friendly and helpful, Billy Haspineall, the lettings manager at the Bow office, is excellent and I would highly recommend talking with him if you're looking to rent a property.

I have been using Keatons to manage my rental property for nearly 2 years. Their team provide excellent service, with timely communications and resolutions of all matters concerning the tenants, the account and the agreement. I recently welcomed a new tenant to my property. Keatons managed the whole transition from the previous to new tenants smoothly. Natalie of Keatons professionally executed the transition process, from searching, referencing, contracting, checking out/in and accounting. They saved me a lot of time. Highly recommended.

GoogleJust started renting through Keaton's Deptford. Lauren has been super helpful getting everything sorted and even helped to swiftly resolve an issue with our garden door. Jay and Eliza were efficient and helpful in getting everything set up but communication and accuracy across the rest of the organisation is not so good (we have dealt wth a total of 7 people so far). Also, VERY IMPORTANT: do not use a 3rd Party service to solicit reviews that send me an email that begins:"Hello [Name], Thank you for choosing Keatons. ":-(

Keatons have managed my flat in London for the past thirteen years. Other than a short time during the pandemic, it has always been rented out at a good rate in line with the market. In particular, Oscar Pace, Elza Kapitanska, Jay Smith and Natalie Craddock have all been fantastic to work with recently. They are responsive and proactive in dealing with any issues, sourcing new tenants, sorting out the administrative side etc. Thank you to the team, really appreciate your hard work!
