GoogleChris from Kallars were professional, helpful, and kind. Being a first time seller, I didn't know what to look for in an estate agent and didn't actually appoint his team. However, despite not being the appointed agent, he kept on checking in with me as he saw my property was still on the market after sometimes. He offered useful advise throughout the way, and I wished I have appointed him and his team from the very beginning!

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Kallars, particularly Chris Whitfield and Craig Cassidy. Having to sell and buy properties throughout the COVID-19 situation and having a number of buyers drop out, Chris excelled in keeping the viewings coming at very short notice and maintained the 'fragile' chain. Craig supported us throughout the final stages of the purchase...and we got there in the end. Couldn't recommend enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I meant to write this review ages ago. Dealing with very poor agents involved in my purchase of a property has reminded me to write this. 5 star service from the beginning from Paul who priced my place and said he would have it sold which they did swiftly resulting in multiple offers above asking price. The photographer who made my house look superb. Seb who pushed the sale through and was attentive and responsive all the way. Can thoroughly recommend the Sidcup branch

GoogleI have had a great experience from Kallars. They have been very professional and helpful when we have needed them. Me and my roommate have had quite a few things sorted that we weren't expecting to happen and are thankful for them I have to say Beatris Mihaes she has been a star. She has gone above and beyond in helping us with issues we have had. She had been the perfect link between us, the freeholder and support services that we have had to be in contact with. I don't know what we would have done without her

GoogleChris Whitfield acted for me on the sale of my flat in Deptford Foundry. The flat had already had a failed sale through another agent and he took it on and had a fresh approach and secured plenty of activity culminating in a FTB offering and exchanging on the property. The sales process was slower than hoped for but the team at Kallars were on top of the transaction. Would thoroughly recommend the team for any property you’re looking to sell in the area.

GoogleVery happy with my experience of letting through Kallars: always dealt with professionally, the property is great, and getting viewings arranged was a doddle. Particular bonus: zero spam emails about properties that didn't match what I was after; the referencing and paperwork is really slick; and the inventory was more thorough than anything I've seen - great for peace of mind when there's enough on your plate after moving in. Very happy to recommend going through Kallars. Property management has been great too - particular shout out for Beatris and Grace for always being quick, communicative and very helpful whenever there's been anything to report!

GoogleWorst experience with this state agency . Make you lose your time with fake offers and very unprofessional I don’t recommend this place . Let be clear I did not put offer I got a call form the office offering me the price and place it’s all on my emails . You called me saying it was a mistake done from your team we went true with your broker checking my details and I for a form to Make a offer and didn’t send because you called me saying was a mistake. The view here is to share and learn a think is to your team learn before do something

Mr Borges, this review is incredibly misleading! I have examined the file regarding this matter and it is clear that you have totally misunderstood the conversation you had with myself and the team at the office. The offer you put forward to buy a property was rejected. That is between you and the vendor and there is nothing anyone can do if the vendor does not wish to accept it. You were clearly very annoyed and this appears to be the reason you have left a very negative, inaccurate and unfair review.
