Any concerns I've had were always addressed promptly, communication has been effortless, and the team has always been incredibly accommodating. Cressida, my property manager, is truly outstanding, she's consistently responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Gabor from the lettings team also goes above and beyond to assist. Not only that they accommodated a 12pm viewing on a Saturday , but also the fact that the agent didn't rushed us through and allowed us the time to explore every corner of the property demonstrated that they care about customer experience! GoogleHave called this estate agent 4x in the past two weeks, each time being promised a call back. Have still not gotten a call back despite being assured each time a team member would reach out when they're available. Also tried emailing with no luck of any response. Unsure if it's just an extremely busy time but giving up now on trying to work with this team.

GoogleWe recently purchased a new build development from Kallars. The sales process was expertly managed through an informative rather than pressured sales approach led by Jay Akin. From our expression of interest in the property, Jay was available and patient answering any question to ensure we were comfortable with the purchase. A particular additional shout out to Craig Cassidy as Operations Director who continues to promptly handle BAU queries with a sense of urgency and ownership. The flat in Greenwich is perfect for us and we could not be happier! Thank you to all at Kallars.

GoogleStaff are under skilled and often inept at simple communication. House is falling apart and riddled with mould. They wont even pay a small fee to stop a gas leak which is bordering on criminal negligence.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
