I had an issue where a new building was being constructed whereby the top floor had long of sight into my bathroom, there was no blinds or anything at the time so that I could prevent people seeing in, the same week I raised the issue kallars organised for the window to be frosted over and installed. Aleshia made sure it was hassle free and I didn’t have to do a thing, she 100% deserves a pay rise for how hard she works.

I was so impressed with the sales team at Kallars. I initially went with another cheaper agency and really regretted it. Chris and his team literally came to my rescue! As soon as I met them, I thought finally, professional, competent, polite, clever people. Their response time was second to none. They never took their hand off the ball, constantly updating me about the sale at every turn. I never got asked anything twice. They keep track of every tiny detail. I honestly couldn't have asked for better service, they made me feel like were all one team. We bought our first property with help from Kallars, and from the first day, their staff were extremely helpful. Ben Moore who showed us around the house on our first viewing was very informative, and very helpful. Later we asked for another viewing just before we made an offer and he organized a viewing and showed us a house again. Also, along the way, we had many questions to ask and Chris Whitfield was very helpful over the phone, responding promptly to the questions we asked. We also inquired yet another viewing just before the exchange which was originilaly suggested by Ben, and on our last viewing Oliver showed us around the house, giving us plenty of time for viewing. Overall we had an extremely good experience with Kallars and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

I met Chris initially to get a valuation of my property. At the time I was not sure I would choose to sell the property but had such confidence in his market knowledge and straight-talking approach that I was happy to give him the keys to test the market. 10 weeks later we have completed on the sale (leasehold) and Chris was instrumental in getting the right processes in place in order for the sale to proceed as smoothly as possible.
