GoogleI would definitely recommend Kallars Estate agent to anyone looking to rent or buy a property as they are fantastic! In particular the quality of their estate agents is very high. I have dealt with both Ricky Chohan & Thomas Izod who have incredible knowledge about the London market and offer excellent advise, they are always prompt to respond to calls and emails and go out of their way to provide a first class service!

GoogleKallars have managed our complex residential and commercial property for over 5 years now. They are the best Property agents we have come across and if you are considering listing/having a property managed i would 110% recommend Kallars Deptford. Beatris has been our property manager and she is fantastic! She deals with any issues/problems in a prompt and professional manner, she really does care and it shows in her work! She is a star! (one of many at Kallars) If you are considering an Agent give them a chance! Googlebe careful of them. Tried taking so much of our deposit, went to an adjudication and the adjudicator stated what i offered is more than reasonable and they were completely out of line trying to steal our hard working money. Make sure you always look at the evidence and take it to the TDS adjudication. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Complete liars. I’ve rented for almost 8 years in London and never faced problems, only with Kallars.

GoogleEvery time I see a commercial property and email them for details they reply by asking more questions about what I intend to do but they never get back to me and when I email them again they say someone will get in touch and someone will get in touch but no one does but they just kept all my details. Nothing professional about this
Despite considerable efforts, we are unable to locate any correspondence with 'Platform 8 Ltd' which appears to be a dissolved business. As we cannot determine that this is a genuine review from a legitimate company, we cannot comment further.

GoogleI’ve rented through Kallars for the past few years and my most recent property manager Louise has been amazing. She always replies to emails and calls and goes above and beyond to make sure any issues I have are resolved as quickly as possible. After my experience with a previous property manager I had lost faith in the company but Louise has turned this around and I’d be happy to rent from them again in the future.

GoogleFirst of all we finally found the house we were looking for through Kallars. As anyone going through the buy/sell process knows, finding the one is not enough. A good agent is vital towards getting to the finish line. Luckily we had Craig Cassidy looking after us every step of the way. Craig is a real estate professional, very knowledgeable and gets things done seamlessly. We cannot recommend and thank him enough!

GoogleI had a very positive experience with Chris from Kallars when selling a flat. I can't put it otherwise: Chris is the best estate agent I've ever come across to date. He's knowledgeable, competent, professional, cheerful, supportive, ethical and nice to work with. There's been challenging times too, but he's been of good advice over many months. I recommend Kallars over a chain operated estate agent because I've tried the chains and it was a poor experience. Thanks Chris!

GoogleChris was the sellers' agent when I bought my London two bedrooms property back in 2015. When I decided to sell the property as I moved out of London, I got in touch with him again as I had been thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and efficiency in dealing with the sollicitors and other stakeholders of the transaction. Once again, his performance was stellar and he brought a lot of reassurance that the transaction would come through as it did - He did a thorough research of the area to build up the pricing and demonstrated a good understanding of the property as he found reliable buyers who valued its characteristics. Once the sale was agreed, he remained responsive to all enquiries and chased up all matters he could influence to be able to complete against a tight timeline driven by recent changes in legislation.

GoogleWe had a great experience with our principal agent, Thomas, who was a reassuring and friendly guide when buying our first home. He clearly cared about the sellers and wouldn’t entertain an obnoxious offer, but was also open to negotiation and handled the various bumps along the road in a professional and constructive manner. Tope and Jvon were also friendly and nice to deal with, although we had much briefer interactions with them. Craig, however, could perhaps operate with a little more finesse and patience, especially with first time buyers. Overall we are delighted with our property and grateful for the hard work of the agents.
