GoogleI would definitely recommend Kallars Estate agent to anyone looking to rent or buy a property as they are fantastic! In particular the quality of their estate agents is very high. I have dealt with both Ricky Chohan & Thomas Izod who have incredible knowledge about the London market and offer excellent advise, they are always prompt to respond to calls and emails and go out of their way to provide a first class service!

Google⭐ Very poor communication Kallars own the property next door to us and have a seriously overgrown tree that is causing issues for both the neighbour behind us and me. We have contacted Kallars several times to ask that the tree be cut back. We have yet to receive a response from them for the past two months Two months with no acknowledgement or update is completely unacceptable. We aren't asking for special treatment, just basic communication, and for the issue to be addressed. Please respond and take action.

GoogleI'm currently a tenant with Kallars, and I truly appreciate how quickly they responded when I had an issue in my flat. As soon as they knew about it, they sent someone right away to fix it, and the maintenance gentleman was absolutely wonderful. Huge thanks to the entire team for their prompt and caring support. A huge thanks as well to Bal, who immediately handled everything amazingly.

GoogleI've never had an experience with an estate agency that has come close to being this great. The agents we dealt with were fast, communicative, supportive and the whole process was so human. Sometimes you're made to feel like a cog in a wheel during the property experience but not with Kallars! I worked with Ricky who was outstanding and really fought our corner, but have to mention to Tom, Laura and Olek who we were also in contact with at parts who were also fab. Thanks so much!

Googlebe careful of them. Tried taking so much of our deposit, went to an adjudication and the adjudicator stated what i offered is more than reasonable and they were completely out of line trying to steal our hard working money. Make sure you always look at the evidence and take it to the TDS adjudication. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Complete liars. I’ve rented for almost 8 years in London and never faced problems, only with Kallars.

GoogleIf you’re currently trying to decide which estate agent to appoint to sell your property, I wanted to share my experience of appointing Kallars to sell my property in Deptford. Their local knowledge was excellent and proved extremely useful throughout the process. What really stood out was their ability to understand the individual details and circumstances that are personal to each sale. They were also very good at connecting potential buyers with suitable properties. Kallars help in keeping the sales process moving at critical stages was particularly useful and gave me great peace of mind. You do have to pay for this level of service, but in my experience, it was well worth it. I felt confident that I was receiving the best possible service and expertise throughout the sale. I would happily recommend Kallars to anyone looking to sell their property in the area.
